So far I have only ordered from Fragrance X once. The product I wanted (Revealed, by Red Door/Liz Arden) was very hard to find. I looked in several department stores in Orlando but could not find any. So I begin to look online. I like buying online as long as my personal information is secured. This is the second time I ordered from you and both have been easy transactions with fast shipping. I shop online all the time to save time and your site makes it easy. However, I will say that I ordered the same items both times and the first time the items were boxed while the second time they were just tossed in the box that they were delivered in..perhaps to save on postage? I preferred the boxed method...items seemed more professional and presented like it was from a traditional store.

First of all I had no problem finding the site, which was great. The selection of products is awesome of both men and womens fragrances. One of the fragrances I purchased has not been available in NZ for at least 18months so I was absolutely thrilled to see that it was available here. They arrived quicker than I expected especially as I had free shipping (which was wonderful),so I was really surprised at how quick they came to NZ. Goods were packaged and packed well. The prices are excellent much better than I thought they would be with exchange rate. This was my first visit and the site was very clearly marked up and I had no problems. I was apprhensive in case there were import taxes to be paid here but I did not have to pay anything extra and also my order was Postage & Package free which was a great help and if i had had to pay import duties it would have been offset with the free postage. I would use again but would like to know the current GB pounds cost if possible as my bill was slightly higher because of the exchange rate, I suppose that would be difficult in today's monetory chaos around the world. Overall a good site which I have already recommended to 3 friends and my 2 daughters.

Dear All, I have place 3 orders up tp now at FragranceX. The prices are really competitive. The only problem that i faced was in my second order in which no trace number was provided. I live in Greece and not in USA, so as you may undrestand there is a delay and an ucertainty regarding receiving the products. I would prefer to offer us agin the option to ship the orders trhough companies such as UPS, DHL etc, with a refund. I would prefer to have the option to pay 5 euros more and to be sure regarding the arrival of the goods and not being uncertain (up tp now i receive the orders through usual post services). You offer excellent discounts on 'older' range fragrances and you are one of the few places where I can buy some of my favourite fragrances. Shipping costs to the UK however can be expensive and it is not worth ordering newly released fragrances with a small discount. When you offer free shipping however you make the shopping experience all worthwhile. I particularly like the opportunity to buy tester fragrances as these are excellent value for money and as I buy mainly for myself and for family members the absence of a stopper or box does not worry us. Because of your great offers we keep coming back to you as our number one fragrance provider.

After looking around in several local shops and being unable to find my product I did a Google search and was delighted with what I found on the FrangranceX website. I spent less than half than I have for the same product shopping on Fragrance X. I love a hard to find perfume but it was there and it arrived as promised.
First off had trouble with my order but fragrance x returned e mails but unfortunately did not let me know when new stock had arrived. I reordered and had no problems at all the perfume arrived on time and is very good value, compared to other prices in the uk I would recommend fragrance X as after the first hicup the service is excellent

Love to order hard to find Rosamor and also Euphoria by Calvin Klein. I recommend ordering the larger display size, more for the buck. I don't need the lotions and creams and sprays that come in the mall store bought gift sets, just want the perfume at a good price. Delivery is fast and I am happy with my purchase. Just once I ordered a very small size and was disappointed, but that was what I chose.

From A to Z I am giving a 10, just in selection in products I gave a 7. Why? I am missing other things beside perfumes - cremes, lotions, deo......different gift sets... lots of other products beside the perfumes. Especially among the 'Gods+ perfumes like Angel Women/Men from Mugler, Euphoria (Klein)then Jean Paul Gaultier Men's 'Le Malle'- on the market is available so many things in this collection to get - even EDT in 200 ml !! bottle. But unfortunatelly some things from above are just impossible to get here. I would recommend the site because of the great prices, great Web, excellent speed fot the packages, great price for shipping, then effectivennes for the shipment - Brilliant !! I love this website! I found it when trying to find a Christmas present for my Mother in Law. Her perfume is extremely difficult to locate here in my area. I found it and had it by Christmas. Then I looked around at the selection and found my perfume much cheaper then the other retailers in my area! Since then I have sent all my friends and family the link to this website! I had only one time bought but I'll do in the future for sure: it matters a lot that are no shippings cost even to my country. I was a little afraid that I won;t get the ordder because there was no tracking number but now I don;t care, because I'm sure I'll get them in time.

All the products I have ordered have been exactly what I wanted. I reside in South Africa and the prices on FragranceX.com are amazing. I cannot believe that I get my products for half the price even with the current exchange rate! The only complaint I have is that Cristobal eu de Parfum by Balenciaga is always out of stock. This is my favorite perfume and not available in South Africa.
Overall very happy. No complaints. I do like MOODS by Krizia. However I had to visit other merchants for that. But as I said: overall rating GOOD.

Fragrancex is cheap enough, and the products available are of wide range, which allows me to pick easily. The product absolutely met my expectations and will shop here again. The cons: for a free delivery with the special code offered to me, there isn't a tracking order number, which means I could not get my order and there would be nothing to be done about it, which is very disturbing thought. I would recommend Fragrancex though because of the low prices and the wide variety of products.
I was very pleased with the timly delivery of the items I ordered. I mailed my cheque to the stated location and within (what I consider a very prompt period of time) my order arrived.
This site is a great place to buy your "scents!" For the most part, the prices and its variety is almost hard to beat! and the best part is that the product is 101% authentic! the only downside i see is that my order too a while to process (a week!), and it seems they do not have some of the newer colonge (like Roca Wear IX). but over all, it is a good site, and i would recommend this to people.

I purchased a couple of samples before I decided on a bigger bottle, all samples were great except for one, they shipped out a very small package with a cotton wipe in it, that smelled like the perfume. I have seen those at the stores for free, when I paid $5.00 for it. The web site said samples are viles with diffrent amount of .oz but this was a piece of cloth. Other than that I liked the other viles I recieved.

And I also enjoyed, that you put sticket on a box, that is 15 dolars value, so I do not have to pay customs fee or loose time ar the customs. Unfortunately there were too many products "out of stock" that I wanted to buy (for example "Anglomania" perfume, Tigi masterpiece fair spray and some more of others...). It was a little dificult to figure where should I look for specific product. Specially I would like to see special prices, discounts or products on sale in one place. Also I would like to shop for nail products, such as Orly, Opi or China glaze nail polish. And I woud also like to shop for sun tan cosmetics, such as Swedish beauty, Australian gold or Hempz. I have used FragranceX.com several times and have always found their service excellent. The prices are rock-bottom; the products are great - more comprehensive than one would find in any department store, including fragrances I hadn't heard of for years and thought had been discontinued. You get e-mails advising you at each stage, from receipt of order through to when they pack it and finally to let you know it is on the way. The customer service is prompt and extremely helpful if there are problems. I would gladly (and indeed already have) recommend FragranceX.com to friends and colleagues.

I would like to see the product arrive sooner than 7 days (ground). I have been asking to be notified about a certain fragrance that has not been in stock for at least 6mos. I would appreciate an e-mail if you are no longer going to carry this Organza line. Other than that, I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received at Fragrance X.
Was just surfing the net and very fortunately stumbled upon this website.i really needed to get loads of perfumes as was travelling to see my family and they all love perfume, just as much as i do! the order arrived on time and in perfect condition. the perfumes were definitely original. they are priced well, but the only thing is to get better value for money, i find its better to order the biggest sizes, although the tester prices make it more worth while.
