I ordered D'Issey perfume, I googled it and found your website right away. I wanted it, it was a great deal. The best part of all is you offered it in smaller sizes to try. That way, if you don't like the scent, you are not into it for alot of money. I would rather have 10 small bottles than a large bottle anyday. Packaging was sufficient and very well done.

Ifound this site had n extremely wide variety of products with an excellent selection of perfumes. Initially the shipping charges were quite expensive and this was offputting, but since introducing worldwide free shipping charges I have been ordering much more. A very satisfactory site and I have recommended it to many of my friends. Thank you.

My perfume arrived as ordered and it was explained on the website that due to the nature of shipping (free shipping), the order would not be tracked. It still arrived within 7 days.
The product arrived in good conditions, although later than it was expected. The biggest problem (I think) is the impossibility to track the purchase in every cases, because, in Portugal, they usually arrive later than it is expected, so we never know if the purchase is late or lost. But I had no problem with that matter and I have a few friends that already had shopped with you and never had that kind of problems. I also think that you could creat a new method of payment: bank transfer. Its easier to the client, because there's no need to have a credit card. Although these opinions, I'm very pleased with all the experience. Thanks
I really like fragrancex. Prices are good, service as well and I can get there fragrances that are not sold in shops any more. Only there could be more availability of new, in 2008 edited fragrances. I live in England and was very pleased with the variety and price of perfumes from FragranceX.com. The only thing that worried me was the customs charges. I noted that the value submitted was within the range and therefore there was no duty to pay. I shall be ordering further products from you as you are reliable and cost effective.
I found the experience entirely satisfactory and delivery time was good, though would have liked the choice of 1 or 2 other products particularly YSL "Elle" and obviously the more popular items are more heavily weighted on price. Overall a very good experience and will do so again. Thank you.

I would never hesitate to order again cos not only the prices are way lower than what they are selling here but I too can get products that are not so easily obtainable here. I've always recommend friends to try buying here. I trust and love this website. I've only one complain. A friend of mine decided to order very recently. Everything went smoothly and she even got a confirmation on her order but a few days later when she checked the status, her order was cancelled. She even try twice withe same results. I wish there's a more detail explaination thru email on why her order was cancelled. So now I've no choice but to place the order for her. Overall I enjoy shopping with you...I like a special fragrance in Men's cologne and after shave,and when I see the it is "available" in your web site I log on and place my order...but unfortunatlely after placing my order I am informed that the product is no longer available, or the supply you have is damaged!! Needless to say I would have expected to know this information BEFORE I placed my order...NOT AFTER !!! I use Bijan for men the after shave, which is hard to find and the bath gel is also hard to get in anything but a small tube! The product arrived a little bit later than expected, but considering the shipping was free (worldwide!), I didn't mind. Please keep the free shipping worldwide offer for as long as you can. The packaging was excellent! The price is very competitive. Some pros include: 1. FragranceX.com is one of the few online stores that ship to Croatia, a lot of stores ship to select European countries only. 2. Loyalty Rewards Program. It is great that after a certain spent amount one gets 10% off of every order! 3. Prices are unbeatable! 4. Waiting list. It is very time-saving to be notified by email when a desired product is back in stock, instead of having to check every once in a while. Cons: 1. One of the biggest (and probably the only one) drawbacks is that some products take so long to be back in stock. And some products that I'd like you do not carry, namely Essence de Femme by Hugo Boss, Moments by Priscilla Presley and S by Escada. All in all, fragranceX.com is a great place to shop! Keep up the good work, and please keep the free shipping worldwide offer for as long as possible.

This is a great site with great selection and great prices - very competitive with other online fragrance sites and better selection. I was so happy to find two very hard to find fragrances here. The prices were so affordable for the large 100 ml bottles. The shipping was reasonable and my products arrived within a reasonable amount of time for the method of shipping. My male friend told me that he was unable to find Lolita Lempeka at the upscale department stores and I told him that I would check FragranceX. Lipstick was fabulous, but about to break before I used it. Unable to replace product, you offered to refund me{I loved the product} or credit me 10%; I kept the product because it was sold out elsewhere, but it is messy to use because it broke first time I used it.

I did not quite know what expect from FragranceX, however I was willing to give it and try and was more than pleasantly surprised. I first ordered the Juicy scent and then I found myself ordering Origins products and cologne. The cons are, of course, you don't get to smell the product while you are looking at it or try it on. But for example, if you are familiar with the Bobbi Brown compact and know you would like it, you see how much you can save, then the pros of FragranceX come in. Its reasonable, delivers extremely quickly and is reliable. I recommend FragranceX because the service is excellent and the savings keep coming!

When Macy's stopped selling Ralph Lauren's Safari for women, I was devastated. Safari is my favorite perfume and I have received so many compliments on it that you wouldn't believe. I searched other stores for Safari when finally one clerk recommended that I try and go online and use FragranceX and maybe they would have it. So I did and they did. I was so excited. I know it sounds silly to get excited over perfume but I'm not kidding, Safari is the best. It's refreshing, smells wonderful when I put it on. Of course, after a short time, I no longer can smell it but others can. (I've been told when that happens, then you know it's good perfume.) Anyway, everybody loves it and it's the best to wear when I'm at work. I've recommended FragranceX to my friends and will continue to do so. I like FragranceX because I can sample smaller sizes of fragrances first to determine if I would like it in a larger size. Several fragrances that were listed were not available however, when I went to order. I like the option of being able to pay by money order because I do not use my credit card online for any company. The free shipping is fantastic!!!!....with the economy the way it is, I cannot afford to pay shipping costs as they seem to be getting higher and higher. This is a great way to keep your customers, (old and new!) and I appreciate it!

The selection of products is wonderful, and the prices of the perfume are WELL below retail. I just wish that some of your skincare products were less expensive (your skincare items tend to be closer to the actual retail price than your perfumes). There are also a number of items which have been out of stock for a while. But, other than that, it has been a very positive shopping experience.

Pros: Great selection, very competitive prices, low shipping cost or free of charge without minimum purchase. Cons: Many items out of stock while restocking them seems to take ages, various promo codes and free shipping offer cannot be combined. FragranceX is recommended for their low prices, prompt processing and very extended worldwide free shipping offer, the latter being an important issue for international customers.

I have used FRAGRANCEX.COM 3 times now and each time service was excellent. Your site is easy to use, the e-mails come regularly and tease with more discounts and sales. I keep recommending the site to everybody who already does Internet shopping as it sells 'old school', discontinued or rare perfumes. The range of products is vast but my disappointment came with Salvador Dali edt and Helmut Lang perfume that are now not available. Although you still provide a wish list I have my doubts if any of these products will ever come back to retail. I have on the other hand found Sun Moon Stars by Lagerfeld and Verus by Versace where both have been discontinued despite their popularity. I have found a number of perfumes which I have been unsuccessfully looking for now for years and, of course, I've found others which I just have to try! The problem is not availability of perfumes on your site--it's that there are so many to try, and only so much available "discretionary" money to spend! Thank you for the "mini" editions which enable us to try a perfume we would otherwise be unable to purchase. I'm much less likely to spend upwards of $30 on a perfume I've never tried, although I won't say I haven't done just that! Also, the descriptions, categorizations, and contents, are very helpful. Everythings ok.but there is one problem I live in Norway and only thing I want is you should put the bill in the box or right on the bill thats gift or else in Norway they take too much tax because the rule is very bad over 200kron they take 150 kron tax... and thats bad because 200 kron is nothing.and fragrancex must help us about that.. because I m a perfume maniac...

FragrenceX.com is a convenient and fast way to shop. The shipping time is really great, within the week. They have many cologne's to choose from and usually at a less price than department stores. However, I did find that some of the cologne didn't come in the size I was looking for or it didn't come in spray. I will definitely recommend this site to my friends.
