I placed my order with little difficulty and made my purchase using my credit card. I was surprised at the speed at which the order arrived here in Australia. Product was packaged very well for the rigors of overseas shipping and arrived in very good condition. My only complaint would be that only the Royal Copenhagen Musk cologne was on offer and this product also has soap, deodorant and talc in its range which I find hard to locate a store carrying them. Over all the products I have ordered where exactly what was in the store but cheaper. I would order the products at any time. The only thing I was not happy about was that I was charged for shipping when it was suppose to be free. Other than that I am a very satisified customer.
You have a tremendous selection but don't like the fact that a box is already checked on each page. If you forget to uncheck the box you might receive a product you did not need or want. Other than that I love shopping on your sight.
I was happy to find your website. I have used Navy perfume for over 20 years. My husband bought it for me one year for Christmas, and I just loved it. Everyone says I smell so good. It is the only perfume I use. Anyway, I always bought it at Walgreens, and then they just stopped handling it. So, I went to CVS, and they charged a fortune. They just quit handling it, also. FragranceX is my number one website for purchasing perfumes and adding to my collection. One can purchase such a variety of perfumes ranging from the obscure and supposedly unobtainable to the more usual fragrances found on the high street.It is wonderful to wear perfumes that the majority of people cannot get hold of, plus the fact I have managed to track down perfumes I used to wear many years ago. One of the big drawbacks of ordering anything from the internet is not being able to sample the item. However, because of the reviews left by other customers,I have been purchasing some perfumes without having sampled them and I have not been disappointed. Unlike other websites, customer support is fantastic and one is always kept up to date with the progress of ordering.The website is especially user friendly.It is extremely interesting to read the history of the products. Obviously the price is a key issue and I am often surprised at how great FragranceX is with regard to value for money. There are some hard-to-find perfumes that you do have--and that's great! But there are some that you don't have. Overall, though, if you have what people are looking for, then service/site is great!

My experience with FragranceX.com was great! I got a perfume that I love for way under the price I would get at a department store (I got a tester). In addition, I was able to get a perfume that is not available at department stores in my area (I had bought it once in Europe and could not find it anywhere). My order arrived really quickly as well. I already recommended FragranceX to family members and friends. My aunt was so happy to find that they had a perfume that has been discontinued on the site. I ordered Annick Goutal Gardenia Passion sample size eau de toilette and liked it so much I bought a regular sized one at Nordstrom. I would've bought it online because at $73 it was $8 cheaper at FragranceX but my husband volunteered to pay full retail price, so fine. My one disappointment is that I can't ever get the Gardenia fragrance of Chanel from you. I ordered a sample size earlier this year, but got a message later saying my order had been damaged in the shipping process.

It was getting harder to find my fragrance in our local stores,,,which are not many as we live in a very rural community. So on-line shopping gives us a lot more options for the brands we like.

I've been purchasing from FraganceX for about 2 years now and have found what I've searched for for much cheaper the the retail price in department stores even with the foreign exchange difference and even with the added 2.5% my Visa company charges for me to make transactions in another currency. This is my second time purchasing from this site and I will be back again for sure. The only problem that I encountered was that one of the products was not available the first time I tried to order and this time was the same result. I was really hoping to get this fragrance but was not so lucky. Hope to get it next try. Also very disappointed that each time I place an order from your site I end up having to pay custom fees. Would be a better order if there was some way that the items could be sent so that the customer didn't have to incur a custom charge. However overall the products and priced beauitufully and smell great. Will be shopping here again in the future.

My experience in general with Fragrance X is positive. I do find it a little long winded in find the particular product I buy, and would like to see more of the Van Cleef and Aprpels range made available. In particular there are no body products on offer to compliment the perfume range. I have been using Van Cleef perfume for many years and have yet to find another perfume which I prefer, as this perfume is no longer available in stores in the UK I have to seek it online from other countries, it would be so pleasing if you also offered the body products to supplement the perfume. As I can only source it from outside the UK I shall remain a customer as long as you offer the perfume. Thank you!

I learned about FragranceX when my brother gave me gift from you last year for my birthday. I have made 2 purchases since then and have been very satisfied each time. Declaration by Cartier is my new signature scent and is half the price as it is at Saks. I also purchased Bulgari Extreme for my friend at a remarkable savings. I recently purchased Declaration again but this time for my friend. I got Declaration (Bois Blue) for myself. I am always amazed at how quickly the fragrances arrive and intend on using FragranceX for all my cologne purchases in the future.

Every time I use FragranceX I receive an excellent service and good value for money, especially with free shipping around the world offers. The products are easy to find, described in detail and customers' comments help greatly in choosing a new, unfamiliar product. FragranceX is great when searching for brands not available or hard-to-find locally. If it is out of stock, the option to be notified by e-mail when it becomes available is exceptionally useful. Many fragrances are coming in variety of sizes, including tester size. I like when I have an option to buy (or sometimes get for free as a gift!) a handbag size sample of my main order, as well as other fragrances I would like to try out. The delivery service is quick and reliable - I received all my orders within 10 days, securely packed. I've been always notified of the date of dispatch. For all the above reasons I do strongly recommend this site to other fragrance-lovers! The offers on make up products though are not very great and too many items are out of stock.

I bought 2 fragrances a few days ago. One of them was in a perfect conditions, but the other one arrived with a damaged box and damaged sticker where the serial number used to be. Pretty strange... I sent and e-mail to the Customer support and they answered me very quickly, but they couldn't explain me why the fragrance has no serial number... But in conclusion i do recommend FragranceX.

I ordered two products and received my products very promptly. No shipping charges because I spent over $59 was very helpful and attractive. I found the product descriptions extremely helpful; I really like this feature. Some products are not available; however, I do like FragranceX.com's service of emailing when the product does become available. You have to sign up for this feature, so you won't receive emails if you prefer to check back yourself. I would recommend FragranceX.com because of it's range of products and descriptions, shipping promptness, and overall customer service.

Great way to buy my perfums. FragranceX becames the ONLY ONE to me! I can find a great number of fragrances, with very competitive prices, even those we cannot buy in any other place - (hei! I´m still waiting some notice about Rose Cardin and Choc de Cardin, please!). Of course I recommend the site, Is very serious, professional.
My only issue is that I wrote a note to FragranceX about a faulty cap on my Samsara Body Lotion, and I never got a response. I had wanted it to be replaced since it was damaged when received. The prices are very attractive, but when you live outside the USA shipping costs take the fun out of ordering. Therefore I like the offers with free shopping!

Superb all round experience from the easy to use site to the clear product information. Only thing that let it down was the wait - almost three weeks I had to wait for my order to cross the Atlantic. Can't really complain though - great price and free shipping. Will definitely shop here again.
Everything about my order was great except for the charge for the sample size of cologne. Upon arrival on the back of the packaging it read "free" and yet I was charged for it. I would order again but not that "free" item.
