I have used this website on several occasions and find it easy to use. I like the free Worldwide post as it keeps the cost of the products low and therfore value for money. Another plus for this site is the promotional offers, coupon codes and availability of designer fragrances in a number of different sizes. Communication if a product is out of stock is also very useful. On the whole I will continue to use this website and have it in my favourites as family and friends often get fragrances for gifts. I like the option of buying tester fragrances for myself as I do not need to have the manufacturers packaging for personal use.
I only shop perfume online at FragranceX.com simply because of your good services and absolute competitive prices. It is much too expensive to shop perfume in Denmark, and despite the freight costs, it is cheaper to shop by you. Thank you! Have alreadu recommended you to others.

In the future, the price will always be the most important factor so I can't guarantee I will use your service again unless it beats other prices. I was alerted via email that the Anais Anais (by Cacharel) shower gel was available after numerous years. Within a few days, I received notice the the product was "damaged." I was just disappointed that more was not on stock to make up for what was damaged. I was well informed about availability and about when the order was shipped. On FragranceX.com I have found several fragrances, among them great classic ones, that no longer are available in Denmark. I will recommend the site to everyone I know that is interested in fragrances.
I have found your site to be excellent although am I correct in thinking that prices can fluctuate quite quickly? Also, I myself can only use deodorant sticks and so use your search engine in order to direct me towards my goal. The problem being many items appear in the searched list but there are no deodorant sticks available. This can be very irritating as one must enter the page first before finding out if the product is available. Anyway, I recommended your site to a shopping web site in the UK so I am very happy overall. I just wish you could get in Higher deodorant by C Dior. I don't know if expense wise I can remain shopping with yourselves once the 'free world shipping' finishes as your normal shipping cost is quite high and the dollar has risen sharply over the past couple of months, making other web sites prices competitive.

I was recommended this site by a friend. I heard many good things about it and i decided to try. The variety of products is wide but I actually didn't find some of the products i was looking for (out of stock). I purchased other products and I was shocked by the low prices (in comparison to the prices here in Sweden). I used the free shipping coupon, which did not include the tracking service. That made me a little bit uncertain and I doubted I was receiving my purchase. But the package was delivered on time (about 2 weeks, as i was told at the moment of purchase). Pros: A large variety of products available, good description on the site, no international shipping rate. Cons: As International shipping provides no order tracking and my order took more than a month to arrive I had no information and begun to think I wouldn't receive anything.

I really like ordering from you and i have only had one bad experience with a perfume that i ordered.Mediterrainen by elizabeth Arden it dosen't hold fragrance no longer than 15minutes or so. Was very disapointed with this product. Once i put it on and was ready to leave for the evening,the smell was gone. The bottle was beautiful however. I've ordered other sents which were less expensive and the sent lasted much longer. I will continue to order from you but not this sent again

Overall I am very pleased with the experience of ordering and using products from Fragrance X. Sometimes the size of item I desire is not available, but that is my only "negative". I know of no other source for the men's cologne I most enjoy (Portfolio Elite by Perry Ellis) and am grateful that Fragrance X carries that line of fragrance. Customer service during ordering is always very pleasant.

I found this webshop via search machine. The overall look is very clear, I can find everything very quickly.
I am a first-time customer of FragranceX.com, and am most impressed with the great selection of perfumes and beauty/skin products to choose from, and the excellent prices!! I also love the idea of being able to buy sample sizes of perfumes - it gives us the opportunity to try out a new fragrance first, without having to pay for a full-sized bottle! I was able to buy one of my favourite perfumes, 'Eclat D'Arpege' by Lanvin, (plus buy a sample of 'Femme' by Rochas, and thus discover another lovely perfume) for a lot less than what I would've had to pay at my local pharmacy, and that was even after having the cost of shipping added. Just one thing that I would like though, is to be able to have the option of having my order shipped with order tracking - it took three weeks for my order to arrive, so being able to track it would've helped lessen the worry that my goods may have been 'lost in the post'. But apart from that, I was thrilled when my parcel finally arrived well packed, and in perfect condition, and I will definitely be returning to order more products, plus I will be recommending this site to family and friends as well!
I tried this perfume in one of the upper scale department stores, but the price was a little steep for me. The perfume however, was one of the nicest fragrances I'd found in a long time. When I looked for the product on Fragrance X, I was surprised that it was available, but more suprised at the price. The fragrance in the department store was 115.00, but I paid 37.00 for the same size through Fragrance X. Would I shop here again, YES! I'm going to order the fragrance for my girlfriend for Christmas!!
The variety of products sizes needs improvement. I like the "unbox" idea since you get the same fragrance at sometimes a considerable saving. Keep up the good work. OOH, almost forgot, I was able to buy a Guerlain perfum that is not available in the US. That was great!

I would definately recommend Frangrance X. There is so much variety of perfumes and different volumes available. And the prices are great. The only downfall for me is the cost of shipping to NZ but when I placed my order I was able to get free shipping just with no tracking number and my package took over 3 weeks to get to me so I started to worry that it had gone missing. But overall I am very satisifed with my purchase.

I'm thrilled with FragranceX.com! I had searched high and low for Shalimar Light. It is no longer stocked at any brick/mortar store. I tried to find it at various Duty Free airport shops--no luck. I went on the Guerlain Website and still couldn't find it. FragranceX.com was my last hope. What a nice surprise to find the fragrance in the size and concentration I needed. Hi,I used FragranceX.COM for the first time last week and I must say that the service was just GREAT.I recieved my order so quick,I couldnt believe it.All of the perfume I ordered smells just as it should.It was great to find some old name perfums on the site aswell.I have told all of my friends to order from this site,so good,Only one small problem,shipping with a tracking number is a little expensive,I live in China.I will be placing an order again very soon.
It was a pleasure dealing with you, the products are really suitable for me. I just want to say one thing, it's that the product which are not perfume like body cream, face cream, still have a high price, the discount is not very high.

My ordering experience was very good and as I ordered this on someone elses behalf, was pleased that it arrived on time. My only downsides were 1) Disparity between American and English product names(example: Lacoste Red in England is called what in America?) 2) Not all products from manufacturers ranges are stocked. Other than that I am very pleased and would definately order from you again Mike
My husband likes his cologne and can't find it in stores anymore. Fragrancex had the product and we were pleased. The only con was that shipping dates weren't included, meaning that it would be shipped in so many days. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would recommend your site again to others/
Great service at incredible prices. Best to test product in department store before purchase if getting something new. But saying that FragranceX has products you can't easily find elsewhere. Have always had FREE delivery so far and normally takes a week from US to UK. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Had the perfume I wanted at a reasonable price
I've purchased Royall Lime Lotion before and it was made in Bermuda. This stuff I got from you is made in USA under licence from the Bermuda people. The size of the bottle for price = value is excellent. My question: is there more alcohol in this new batch? I don't have my old bottle to compare, but when putting it on it seems a bit more alcohol. Anyway, I really like the smell and feel. And a woman likes it too.

My daughter moved to another province for her first job and she asked me to send out her Cool Water perfume which she had neglected to pack. Well I could not find it anywhere in her room so I thought I would surprise her by purchasing some and mail it to her. I called the local retailers and was somewhat shocked at the price. I Googled Cool Water perfume and the Fragrance X website popped up. I was amazed at the range of products that you carried and the pricing was fantastic. I was able to buy a tester of Cool Water for $60 cheaper than the local pharmacy. I admit I was reluctant to purchase from an unknown source but I thought for $28 and free shipping it was worth the risk. Also, I commend Fragrance X for their responses to my email as I noted after all was purchased and information was provided that I had typed the wrong postal code. I immediately panicked and sent off an email. I received 2 responses to my concern the next business day and all was corrected. It wasn't until later that I discovered my daughter had given me the wrong spelling of her new street. Needless to say, my daughter received her perfume in a timely manner and was thrilled at the price I was able to secure. She now uses the Fragrance X website as well. Fragrance X also provided me with emails regarding the tracking of this order which was greatly appreciated since I wasn't the consumer of this order. I would recommend Fragrance X to anyone as I found them to be a consumer-oriented company with integrity.
Generally speaking, FragranceX.com is really efficient and offers the best prices over the internet and also in comparison to "physical stores". The only thing to consider carefully is the shipping, at the check-out section it is not available to choose an international shipping option that provides the customer online tracking for their products. Customer service says it does, but I have bought twice and could not find it yet.
Due to the large number of products you carry, I found it a little hard to make a choice.

I had a problem with the original product shipment (I had ordered 2 bottles of cologne, 1 was broken during shipping and had leaked out within the shipping box). I could not have been more satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received. A replacement bottle was promptly delivered in follow-up to my complaint call. Thank you. I am very pealsed that I discovered FragranceX and find lot of perfumes that I can not find in shops. Very good service and you have worm recomandation to my frieds. I alreday ordered several perfumes for my friends who hasitated to do it on their own. No matter, I did it instead of tham and they are happy as they got products that they wanted for much lower price than in regular shops. So, good luck I hope that I will continue to be your custumer.
I came upon this website while looking for a product which isn't carried with several other popular online fragrance sites. This proved to be very beneficial. The website is clear and concise, and very easy to work through. Some of the skincare and makeup items are higher in price compared to other websites, this would definitely detour me away from this site, but overall it is an easy and reasonable place to shop.

Except the time of delivery is not stable. One of my product recevied in 15 days, the other in 14 days, the other one in 22 days and the last one is in 21 days. Other then the delivery times every thing is perfect for me.

Please allow tracking on orders with free shipping. I appreciate you giving free shipping to your overseas customers, but still. Everything else seems to be in place. I am a regular customer and I usually recommend this site to all my friends and family.
