It is just a wonderful experience shopping with this company. Customer service is great and have never had a problem. I think this company really cares about their customers. I don't mind shopping here, however, you need to over better coupons than just $5 off, when many of us are spending far more and $5 can be added to shipping and handling charges or just taxes. Need more coupon options, of course depending on what the consumer spends!

I received a damaged product and still have not received a return label. Please let me know when I can expect the label. Otherwise, credit my account for damaged product asap. The products took weeks to receive. I didn't know that other items were not returnable if unopened.

In general my family and I, we are very satisfied with the purchases in FRAGRANCEX; but in occasions I do not find the sizes and brands(marks) of prefumes.We estimate very much the tester, when it(he,she) is for personal use of my family, for his(her,your) price. I have had several orders placed with you before and shipping to NZ has been been between 5 and 7 days, however with this latest order, it took 28 days. I contacted your support person who very promptly replied but said there was no tracking information once it left the States, so no idea how to locate the package in New Zealand. It did finally arrive, but because they were birthday presents for my family, it was frustrating they arrived after the birthdays. There was no indication on the package as to where the delay was. I found I could purchase my favorite scent at such a reduced cost I have ordered it twice and will continue to do so. This product is sold in the very high end store in New York it is called "Cassini" I have used this scent for a number of years. You have very competitive prices concerning fragrances but thats not the case for facial and body care products in contrast to other e-commerce sites. Beside your , in most of the cases, competitive prices the reason I prefer you is the free of charge worldwide shipping. Pros: Prices are good compared to other sites as well as retailers. Delivery of product is timely. The $5 bounce back can be both a pro and a con depending on whether you are looking for something that is over $50. Same with shipping. Cons: Some products are not available any longer after a while which is disappointing and you are forced to try a brand that you may not necessarily be happy with. I purchased a Clarins Compact Powder Foundation from Fragrance X (as I have several times before). I was, as always impressed with the speed of delivery as I am located in New Zealand. It is always reassuring to log into my FragranceX account and see the Order Status if I am worried for any reason. I recommend FragranceX.com for items that are hard to find/get hold of in NZ. Its prices are outstanding when it comes to fragrances but not quite as impressive for the makeup and skincare. The site has lots going on and can be quite overwhelming but once you know where your going then it can be easy to find what your looking for.
Pro: It's often possible, to save the shipping costs. Thats fine.

The product i purchased was ARAMIS LIFE conditioning shower gel, whilst this was not what I was looking for I am pleased with the product as it leaves a masculine fragrance on the body I was actually looking for shower/body gel that compliments the ARAMIS aftershave/Cologne. I had some bought for my birthday last year and have now none left.
I use FragranceX because it carries a wide range of classic perfumes. I have other sites that I use for the rarer, harder to find stuff, but FragranceX is great at what it does, which is supplying excellent quality and value-for-money in an efficient, no-nonsense style. KL is my favorite fragrance (original Karl Lagerfeld,KL) It is very difficult to find and many sites show "not in stock", "sold out" or not available. I am always leery to order it fearing it will be a knock off. My experience has been excellent with Fragrance X and I continue to get rave revues on my perfume. I dread the day when your site says "no longer available". Thanks
