One of the best Creeds and best vetiver fragrances
𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐕𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 from the house of Creed @creedfragrances which was launched in 2004. ___ 𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐕𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐑 smells pretty different, fresher and more modern in comparison to my other classic vetiver dominant fragrances as Creed infused vetiver leaves rather than the roots of the plant which is the traditional way of extracting the vetiver scent. ___ The top notes consist of ginger, mandarin and bergamot. Heart notes incorporate vetiver from Haiti, Mysore sandalwood and Florentine Iris. The base notes include musk and ambergris. I have to say here that the way this fragrance has been formulated resulted in an amazing vetiver mix with citruses and spices resulting in a very pleasant and sophisticated scent. ___ Now is the time to talk about performanceβ¦ Wellβ¦ Guess what? This amazing fragrance lasts on my skin for about 14 hrs. It also projects very well and leaves a good sillage behind for hoursβ¦ ___ What are your thoughts about this original scent?

Authentic. Came in just a few days. This is my favorite so far. I have Himalaya, and tried Santal but was underwhelmed For the price. OV makes me feel like I smell good! Like no other scent I have smelled, and I buy a lot of cologne. Buying all my smell good online for the savings from now on.

Fresh, grassy scent for rainy days
Definitely one to have stashed away for those ultra special occasions, the Creed Original Vetiver scent is best used (in my opinion) during wet weather. It brings out the fresh, green scent that sets this fragrance so apart from the rest. Lasts for days at times and really does smell quite unique. A bargain at FragranceX!!

By far the best fragrance I have EVER come across! When not wearing it I even like to pick up the bottle just to smell the spray applicator!! Pricey...YES...worth the price...OH YES!!!!!...sprayed it on at 7pm and could still faintly smell it at 8am when I woke up!!...So refreshing a smell!!!! My first Creed purchase...will definitely be getting others! 3 squirts...2 on the side, and 1 smack dab in the middle.

Great scent from a great house. A scent that starts off with an astringent grassy note of vetiver, and mellows out into a fresh, invigorating accord of vetiver leaves, sandalwood and ambergris. Might come across as soapy to some, but for me, I adore it.
