What makes me more disappointed is the lazyness this fragrance have due poor blend, It is supposed to be an hommage to Roma the Ethernal City, where the mighty empire existed, and until today is the architetonic influence of America and the resume of all their ethos, in fact , American classic design is a attempt to copy Rome,from the eagle as a national symbol to their governmental buildings, somewhat worked, something beautiful to see, also a bit of Greek architecture here and there. So I expected a lot, from a fragrance called ROME, but this is a tangerine with a little touch of vanilla, this is mediocre, lazy , bland and dumb. We buy the concept, a Roman structure is the bottle, the color of the perfume resemble the sunlight over this structure, but all you have is tangerine, if you wear this,it will be ridiculous because seems that you bought something cheap of a fruit flavor, I found unnaceptable this mediocrity, this lack of interest and disregard to history. Not bad, but incongruent with the main theme, therefore a deceiving perfume.

My absolute favourite for over 25 years...
I'm always looking for a distinctive, unique smell and this Roma is it! So many aftershaves have the same basic smells and base notes... so predictable! For me Roma has a warm, musky fresh smell with base notes that aren't like any other fragrances... just love it! But it is getting harder to find so I hope they don't stop production of this unique fragrance!!

amazing mens' cologne, we sould buy it again and again!
I gave this to my father as present few years ago and he loved it immediatelly. Since then it remains his favourite frageance, he doesn't want to change it, he adores it 100%. Unfortunatelly i cannot buy it anymore directly from fragrancex because you raised the shipping charges to my country outrageously, -whereas this does not apply to other European Union countries-. So i have to ask friends overseas to buy it from you and then ship it to me. I can only purchase it on line, or from overseas because this perfume is not sold at stores in my country.

Now this is a unique fragrance on fresh oranges. It's very mild but has great silage. It's not a pushy in your face just fresh clean powdery. And that's what women love it doesn't try to hard to get attention but it does . I wear it hanging around the house and work . But I wouldn't wear this in a office because it's youthful scent . But chilling with friend's and girlfriend perfect going out to lunch with anyone casually.

At first spritz Roma Uomo feels like little more than orange blossom water. But within 30 minutes, it evolves into something much more. It's a linear scent thereafter but a well-crafted, pleasant smelling scent for slightly warmer days. This is a light scent, but a well-crafted scent. The woodsy notes that emerge over the first hour lend depth to the perfume. Roma Uomo does not project. It remains a skin-scent almost from the get go and stays that way. Classic Aoud
As a young lad I started experimenting with classic dad-like smells like Azzaro and stumbled upon this one back in the 90's. Oriental like an Aoud from the middle east and so flowery like an elixir of Rome's gardens. Excellent in its execution as a signature fragrance not known to many and mysterious as a signature fragrance should be. NOT FOR THE LOT OF MEN WHO CHASE FASHION SCENTS OF CONTEMPORARY USE!
