If you're looking for the perfect Gaultier II dupe…..
I bought this after searching in vain for a bottle of Gaultier II, it is the PERFECT dupe. There's a slight difference in a couple of the bottom notes but I've yet to notice it when wearing.

I really, really wanted to like this scent. It was on several videos by trusted reviewers who had not let me down before. It was touted as a fragrance that smells far more expensive than it is. Either I do not have the nose for it, or that was a story. lol

Not bad
This for me is a dumb reach going out with the guys or run to the store type of frag . Not overly sweet , stays close to skin for me . The opening reminds me of root beer of all things . As it dries down the woody notes come out more while maintaining some of the spicy qualities of the opening. Not bad but not really a standout either. I'll use it and recommend it but not likely to re purchase when it is gone.

Very good alternative to Gaultier 2. Since Gaulter 2 is already discontinued. This is the best fragrance you can get which smells very similar with the discontinued Gaultier 2. Very cheap fragrance. Will definitely buy this fragrance again.

I got this cologne today, the scent smell good but the projection and longivity are poor not even step up to moderate level that's the cologne problem, it's a woody floral, suitable to use in winter's nights by both men and women by any age. As for the reviews mention that's the cologne is very sweet i didn't catch any sweet notes from it. At last the cologne smell good but the projection and longivity are not, I WOULDN'T RECOMEND IT SORRY.

Sweet Cigar
I like this fragrance but it is definitely not my signature style. It is something I will use as to blend with other scents. It's a little too heavy on the tobacco note. It smells like a sweet cigar on steroids. It's high quality but, for me, by itself it is not a favorite; but as a fragrance booster it is very useful with the right blend.

A sweet, woodsy fragrance
Altamir starts off on a sweetish, rasberry-ish, medicinal (in a nice sort of way) note. The sweetness is progressively cut into by the woody notes and by about 4 hours, this becomes a slightly warm woodsy fragrance. Projection and longevity on my skin are just about average. After about an hour, only someone sitting right next to you is likely to smell this off you. It is a pleasant perfume for slightly colder evenings, but my guess would be there are better alternatives around. Though for the price, Altamir, is worth a try.

Vanilla-orange bomb
Altamir is a super sweet and powerful vanilla orange blossom (neroli) bomb. It is very strong and sweet and may be overpowering for some folks. It is a good value as the bottle is large and it will last a long time, but the scent is linear and does not really change or take you on a journey, Opening notes and drydown are basically the same.

Really interesting
Not sure to make it my signature scent...but it's a really pleasant fragance. Reminds me of Ted Lapidus pour homme (strong resin & honney), in a more modern and floral oriental way, but a bit less lasting and powering. Opens strong but sweetens more distinguished on dry-down, with a hint of vanillia even if not mentionned in Altamir composition. In my taste, more for a winter-fall-spring than a summer vibe. Great value for the money.

Nice performance for this fragrance. Sweet, but never too heavy. Pineapple and white florals ensure this oriental number never gets too serious. Must like very sweet fragrances to like this one. Comppetitive to Givenchy Pi, and Gaultier2, et al. But I prefer the depth of those others.
