About Molinard

Molinard History and background of Molinard. Maison MOLINARD, founded in 1849 in Grasse (the birthplace of the worldwide perfume industry) in the Provence region of southern France, has remained an entirely family-run business right through to the present day. This fragrance is dynamic. It is similar to Rochas Femme but more woody. After one hour I can smell a lemony carnationy scent with a woody, leathery background. This one is going to be one of my faves. It is very sensual and very cheeky as a nod towards men's fragrances whilst still remaining sweet and feminine - Love it ! Thank You FX once again x

      FragranceX advertised as eau de parfum tester, but in actuality they sent me eau de toilette for the $2 more than the toilette would have been. In fairness the company offered me a free return and refund, but since i have heard the eau de toilette is being discontinued I decided to keep it, as I do love it.

      Habanita is a legend. I`ve heard a lot about it and was interested first of all in it`s famous tabac notes. Sadly, tabac is the only thing I can`t feel here – but I feel pepper, leather, spices, tar, smoke, even smoked foods. This fragrance is developing like some breath-catching (sorry for the pun) spectacle. It is a real olfactory adventure. I`m not sure I`ll be able to wear Habanita – this fragrance is very strong and loud, and inevitably attracts too much (for my taste) attention to it`s wearer - but I`m happy to have it in my collection.

        This scent has survived the ages by its mystery, worn by women of character.So, I like it !!!
