50yrs & Counting
Ive been wearing Cabochard since the early 70s, 50 yrs+. Initially I liked it because it was different, woody, spicy, incense like. Not floral, powdery cloying. Not overpowering, sensual. It was amazing how many men I knew, asked what it was & bought it for their partners. It became hard to get in Australia after Mdm Gres died & the company changed hands. I was so happy to find it at FrangrancX, several years ago & I have resumed buying it ever since. I feel tho that the ingredients are not quite the same as the original. I still get asked what I'm wearing by men & women. Sadly the soap, bath oil & hand cream have not been available.

Not So Much
I went a little crazy this time and purchased 6 perfumes and 1 cologne all blind buys. This one is my least favorite of the group. There is some scent in there that I find terribly off-putting it doesn't tickle your nose so much as punch it. I will be giving it away to the first person who will take it.

It's a no for me...but
I wanted to love this perfume so much, but it is just too strong for me,way too woody it something. Kept trying it, and it gave me headaches. It's a very manly perfume. Had to give it to my cousin. I don't know if he likes it. It's a no for me. But I'd recommend it to those that like such smells.

Powerhouse
This is not my type of fragrance, I bought this for a friend and she LOVED it. It's a very strong and long lasting mossy, earthy scent. I'd consider this as unisex, a man could easily rock this. This is a 80's type vintage scent. I personally HATE oakmoss and this has tons of it so if you're a moss lover looking for a fragrance that will go the distance, this is IT.

A grown woman scent
Cabochard has been around for years and I didn't care for the original version but the newer edt is nice. It's not sweet it's a strong business attire type of scent good for a grown woman who is about her business. The price point is low but don't let that fool you. It's a classic.

My #1 Favorite Perfume!
Omg, this perfume is amazing! back in the 80's, I loved men's Aramis cologne so much, I started wearing it (and received millions of compliments). I did some research and found that Cabochard Perfume not only smells identical to Aramis, but was also created first by the same designer. My son gifted me a bottle of Cabochard for my upcoming Birthday, and it smells exactly like the original Aramis before Aramis had been a little reformulated. I'm more than happy! This perfume is very, very special to me, and I have tears of joy now that I own a bottle!

Great fragrance. I ordered the old formula with the tall bottle as pictured here for the edp since it is similar to my favorite Aramis Classic. What l received was the 2019 edition. I was disappointed at first. But when l tried it, l liked it. Very masculine as well but not quite similar to Aramis. Still l ordered another bottle for back up. Please update your photos so as not to mislead your customers. I myself am very particular and want accurary and precision when it comes to the items l buy. This is classic style fragrance repackaged for the new century.

I've been looking for this awhile
This perfume was bought for me many years ago. I have been looking for it for awhile. Fragrancex finally came through for me. It sits very well with my body chemistry. The bottle is different than what is advertised but the scent is the same as what I was looking for.

majestic, seductive and great value
With everything happening in this world today, everyone need a ray of sunshine, Cabochard perfume does it for me. It delightful aroma uplift my mood. Parfums Gres didn't cut any corners with this fragrances, you can smell & sense every note. It open with lemon, green sage, and spicy. Then come scent of ylang ylang & jasmine, follow by oakmoss & coconut. And if this doesn't take your breath away, the leather & tobacco blended with floral will. This could easily be "UNISEX" with the musk that is included in the ingredients. It last all day & night, and even longer on fabric. This fragrance is so well blended, it actually change with your mood, and it just keep getting better. Man after man compliment me on the scent and asked for the name. But most important, my husband become more passionate when I wear it. I would highly recommend this to a friend. I am glad you still have designers who put pride & quality into there products.
