About Trussardi

Trussardi History and background of Trussardi. Dante Trussardi started this business as a glove-maker in 1910. His grandson, Nicola Trussardi, recently was in the news due to a tragic car accident. Nicola inherited the business in 1970 from his brother (who also died in a car accident) and expanded the family business in fine leather goods and accessories, and ready-to-wear lines for men, women and children.     I have worn Trussardi since 1988. It is subtle, so that even at work, it is never offensive to those who have sensitive noses, and at the same time when working close beside someone, there is the occasional question.."what are you wearing"..so I know that it is not so subtle that it is waste of time wearing it. Classic, chic ... understated elegance for the nose.
