Very summery/springtime scent it's light airy & sweet. I love it but I'm pretty sure it's been discontinued.. I hope not though but pretty sure it is.. if u find a bottle deff grab it..

Envy was great and exceptional, I wonder why it's discontinued for so long. Don't think I can ever love any Gucci fragrance more than envy. Have a million words to describe this scent but it's very important you bring envy back.

Beautiful floral
I used to wear this back in the 90's. Then it was discontinued. I saw it on FragranceX for some time but hesitated as I figured I would get it and be disappointed that it was stale, etc. It was perfect! The scent is as fresh as I remember. Unfortunately, now I remember why it didn't bother me too much back then when it was discontinued. It didn't last very long on me. My sister liked it though and it lasted on her so I may buy it again as a gift. It is worth keeping and re-spraying when in the mood for a beautiful floral.

Lovely
This beautiful fragrance is as lovely as it was when I wore it a decade ago. I have been unable to find it until FragranceX. But I hesitated for quite some time; I thought the prices were too good to be true and figured the products would be stale or old. I was wrong. This and the other fragrance I purchased are exactly as they should be...fresh and in original packaging. I will purchase another one as a gift. The only issue for me is it doesn't seem to last on my skin. But I do have a problem with the hold of most perfumes.

Nice surprise
Since this perfume has been discontinued for a long time, I was expecting it to be weak or changed in fragrance. To my surprise, it was just as I remember... A very nice unique light floral scent. I may purchase another to keep on hand. Highly recommend if you like floral fragrance. It came in the original packaging and the cute little clear plastic container that I remember. Fresh as new. I highly recommend this company...do not hesitate. If it does not smell the same as you remember, send it back and re-order. Those things can happen anywhere you go. :)

My favorite flower scent is lily of the valley. I used this scent for years; when it went out of production, I searched for years to find it. One on-line purchase netted a discolored bottle which had to be returned, with the vendor posting nasty remarks about me on her site. Thanks to FragranceX I now can buy this, my signature scent. My only complaint is that it seems weaker than I remember--I have to use more and reapply to maintain the fragrance. But I'm still grateful that I can get it!

Our wedding day fragrance
I bought this product as a gift for my wife. She wore it for the first time on our wedding day in 1999 and we both love it as it reminds us of that special day. However Gucci have apparently stopped producing it. So I was delighted to find some available on fragrance x. It arrived on time and my wife was thrilled. It certainly smells like the real thing, even though it is normal to feel a bit suspicious that we were able to buy it when we had heard from retailers that it had been discontinued. Just some remaining stock on the market?

"Sophisticated Yet Approachable"
Envy by Gucci is a sophisticated, fresh, get up and go fragrance that can be worn daily. I like wearing it as it has class and conjures up a woman of the world kind of feel - a woman who has "places to go and people to meet." It has importance and is an excellent fragrance to wear for business and interpersonal relations. It mellows beautifully into richer layers of scent while still maintaining its freshness. Highly recommended.

Men love this one!
This is now my all time favourite (after 'L'Arte of Gucci' which is now discontinued). A stunning perfume that can be everything you want from a complex perfume without being heady, hence why I say you can wear it anytime. A perfume to wear when you want to feel special. A perfume that turns heads for all the right reasons. It's complexity captures everything we are as women and leaves us lingering like a delicious dream.

Eau de Parfum NOT at all like the EDT!
We ordered the "Eau de Parfum", which is supposed to be stronger than "EDT" and we were very disappointed. We had tried the EDT in a store, then ordered the theoretically stronger Parfum, only to find that it's not at all like the EDT, which is a total surprise. Contrary to the EDT, the top notes and middle notes of the Eau de Parfum disappeared after mere seconds, leaving some muddled base-notes that were so weak that you can barely smell them unless you put your nose right up to where you sprayed it. The EDT normally smells like you've put your face into a lovely bouqet of flowers, but the Eau de Parfum we ordered is more reminiscent of discarded dry flowers from a funeral parlor, with an unpleasant sour effect, the only element which holds in this product. Positive reviews on this site are likely about the wonderful EDT, not the Eau de Parfum. Don't confuse these two very different products with each other or you'll be disappointed too. The EDP bottle is black, not the same as the EDT's clear bottle shown on the website. Get the EDT and avoid the Eau de Parfum.

Very very weak
Regret this the most. This was meant to be my most liked perfume and to find this hardly stay on your skin is very frustrating. This perfume has been out a long time and supposed to be one of the most well liked perfume worldwide. I use it everyday and when I get home I can still smell it when I undress to get in the bath. But sadly this particular order is just not holding at all. I am an experience perfume user, after 50 years of using the same fragrance and always refill when required. therefore, I have the knowledge of knowing how long the scent would hold unfortunately I made a mistake by ordering from USA when I live in UK. Once the products arrived I then found out two of them were so weak colour compared with my original ones that I have bought from the airport duty free shop. and then I tested it and found out it was so weak and decided to contact Fragrance x and they asked me to send it back by post but found out the charges for postage outweigh the cost and I see it so pointless to return it and treat this experience as a lesson. I suspect it was dodgy - can't help thinking they are selling fakes. Very disappointed and will never order from them again. I have spent over £110 and that is a big mistake when it costs so much on postage to send it back to rectify the products.

ONE OF MY FAVORITES!
Came well pakaged but was surprised how it seemed a little weaker than other bottles of have purchased in departments stores before. It is a sophisticated scent that is not to over whelming and never to go out of style. Gucci Envy very pretty.

I have purchased before in other stores and was very surprised that the bottle I purchase from here turned out to be so very weak. Normally I only need to spritz no more than 2 times and would last all day. Not this bottle? Was it a bad batch? For such a pretty scent I was quit... Disappointed
