This is a old favortie of mine. I have been wearing this scent for years. I have also brought this for my grandmother who also loves the scent. I hope they keep making it because she has discontinued so many of her other scents but this one in particular is my favortie. The price is always right.

I buy this every chance I get,it's not available in Ireland.
I was first introduced to this woundful perfume by my late Aunt,who holidayed in USA every year and would get it for me.She passed away while on holiday there in 2007 and had it packed in her luggage for me.I have used every opportunity to get it as often as I can,is cousins coming to visit,friends going on holiday ect.I only use it for special occasions as it's not available to buy here,believe me I have searched.The only thing is since the change in colour,it is not as strong and needs to be reapplied.

Powdery modern rose with a vintage twist
This was a blind buy based off of reveiws I've read. I didn't know what to expect when i got it and i really do like it. I love roses, all different styles of roses and Vicky Tiel Sirene is different from anything else I have. This is a lush, strong, long lasting great sillage fragrance. It is a powdery rose, semi sweet and smells like there's a little bit of aldehydes in it. It reminds me of luxary rose soap bars mixed with powder. In the dry down it becomes a light musk with rose and incense. It stays on clothing for days and what scent stays on clothing smells like incense and roses, absolutly unique and beautiful. It's a modern rose with a vintage twist. High quality and definatly performs and smells like a high end fragrance! Fragrancex, again, delivered . Everything from the packaging, shipping, to the fragrance itself is spectacular!

Since the color was changed from transparent to light purple, the quality of the perfume has changed to weak. I don't even smell the original distinctive perfume that I have used for over 15 years. I am very disappointed with the quality, and I won't buy any more. I threw out three unopened bottles.

This was a really nice surprise. I initially bought it for the beautiful bottle, but I was hoping it would smell just as good based on some reviews I had read. Well, it's as good as everyone says it is! To me it smells like the perfect rose, it's very sensual and calming. It starts off a bit soapy, but at least it smells like an *expensive* soap. That part doesn't last too long though (thankfully), it quickly turns into that beautiful rose scent I know and love. It smells very expensive, the price is great on here! It actually reminds me of a more bearable Chanel No 5 for the first bit. Another plus is, you'll probably be the only one wearing this! I don't think I've ever seen this sold in Canada, and I've never really seen anyone mention this in perfume forums or anywhere else. Even though this was made in the 90's, it doesn't smell dated, which is something I was worried about. It's also very unique, I don't think I've smelled another quite like it. Lasting power was great, over 10 hours on me. I'm not sure how good the sillage is. The newer one in a clear bottle is supposed to be weaker, and that's the one I received (which was in the gift set). Speaking of, buy the gift set if it's available! It's even cheaper than the 100 ml bottle priced alone, and you also get a body wash and moisturizer. Plus, it comes in a lovely metallic gold box. I'm very happy with my purchase, thank you fragrancex! Best blind buy ever.

I bought the first bottle in 1994 at Victoria Secrets and have not stopped wearing it since. I get compliments every day. My husband loves it. Doesn't want me to wear anything else. I just wish I could still get the powder!

I have used sirene for 5 years and will not wear anything else. I receive so many compliments and I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing.
