STINKS smells like mens cologne
I don't know how it got this high review because it smells terrible. This fragrance does not smell like it could be for a woman at all. I gave it to my uncle. In my opinion it is very similar to Brute mens cologne.

This is a classic. However my last order doesn't smell the same nor last longer which is a disappointment and I hope that you are not starting to mix your products with knock offs. I already wait too long at least 3 weeks to receive my orders and I don't have the patience to be sending items back.

One of my old time favourites
I adore Rumba having bought it regularly when visiting France. I was introduced to it by a friend and it very quickly became my signature perfume for work. I was a community nursing sister and and my patients would also comment on the wonderful aroma coming into their homes. Perfumes can be sickly if you are unwell but this was always welcomed because of its oriental waft. I was so pleased to see I could still get this without leaving the comfort of my armchair, without import taxes and at a fantastic price.

Not What I Was Expecting
I read some awesome reviews about Rumba. I did see it is an older scent and most comments looked as if they were from a slight older generation than mine ( I am 36 ). I took a chance and ordered it. I opened it immediately once it arrived! I was so excited to get it! It smelled like an old lady for sure! I was hoping it was just me... so I sprayed it once I got home. My 9 year old son rounded the corner and went running in the opposite direction! He said "it stinks so bad, please don't every spray that stuff again!" So... back in the box it went and it's being shipped back today for a refund.

This perfume is too strong for my taste. Its scent lingers in the air after you've left the room. Some scents might leave a favorable impression, but not this one - not for me, at any rate. However, one scent by Ted Lapidus I do like is "Creation". This scent is strong too, but is more "me".

Definitely an interesting big fume, but you have to be careful because it may be perceived as slightly vulgar and/or obnoxious. Takes some getting used to. Does not smell too expensive either, because of the ingredients, but not as cheap as most overpriced recent perfumes, if you will...
