About Yves Saint Laurent

Yves Saint Laurent History and background of Yves Saint Laurent. Born in 1936, Yves Saint Laurent grew up in Oran, Algeria. At 17, he left for Paris where he showed his drawings to Michel de Brunhoff, director of Vogue, who published several of them immediately. I've used Paris by Yves Saint Laurent for many years now and it's the only scent I'll wear....I just LOVE it. I can't tell you how many times I've been asked about what I had on from both men and women. It's a very clean scent and not over-powering like some perfumes. I couldn't find it in the stores here anymore and started to panic so I was thrilled when I found your site. It's even at a better price with the same quality. Thank you FragranceX!

    I was using OPIUM and something changed in the content and disappointed me after 30 years of use. I tried PARIS as a substitute and love it, getting the same compliments that I got with OPIUM. Received a great price too.

        I save this one when I'm going somewhere special or want to smell especially fantastic. On me the scent lasts forever...but I guess that's an individual thing. If you want to smell like a million bucks this is the one!
