This is the best fragrance I have ever worn. My problem is that it is difficult to find, and is not readily found in department stores- please make more accessible. It smells so wonderful, I do not mind the price.Best worn at night and for special events.

I have worn Youth Dew all my adult life until my skin changed due to age. Fortunately Amber Nude has taken its place and I am very happy to be able to live with this wonderful fragrance. The scent is fantastic
The perfume was for a gift, but after smelling it, I'm keeping it for myself. It is very similar to the originl Youth Dew which is also a beautiful perfume.

Wonderfully balanced, not overpowering
For years I have used only Estee Lauder Youth Dew, and always received exceptionally positive comments. I could never smell it on myself after a time but everyone else could. For daily use I decided to use Amber Nude and find that it is much lighter. I love a woody, herbal type perfume, or one with a light citrus content,not sweet, flowery or vanilla perfumes. Sweet perfumes, like sweet wines make me nauseus!

If you loved Youth Dew in the 70's, Amber Nude is the fragrance for you now! Not quite as strong, a little more subtle, but people still know what you're wearing - beautiful!

Perfume for the older lady
Had smelled this on someone else & had to have it. However I only wore it for a couple of days before deciding it would be more suited to someone older - I gave it the mother-in-law who loves it and I have to say I really do like the smell of it on her (better than the one she used to wear!)

Much nicer than the original!
I have always loathed the original Youth Dew but absolutely love this - it reminds me of warmed brandy and am on my second bottle. Its quite a subtle scent but a warm one so more suited to winter than summer use. It is quite expensive in the UK, yet this unboxed version was a bargain.

nothing like the original
I really like the original Youth Dew and expected this to be similar to it. I don't see much of a resemblance. When i first put it on, it smelled like coca cola. But as the scent developed it became more interesting and more subtle. The fragrance improved with time. The set I got is really nice as it came in a cute bag with body wash and lotion. It is a great way to layer the fragrance. Overall not my favourite fragrance but pretty interesting.
