Infini Perfume by Caron, Infini is a floral fragrance for women that was originally created in 1912 by Ernest Daltroff. It was reformulated in 1970, and the new version was created by Gerard Lefortis. This fragrance has top notes of bergamot, coriander, peach, neroli, and aldehydes. Its middle notes consist of jasmine, iris, lily of the valley, carnation, ylang-ylang, and rose. Its base notes feature musk, sandalwood, tonka bean, civet, and vetiver. This perfume has moderate sillage and moderate longevity.

Caron is a French perfume house that was founded in 1904 by Ernest Daltroff. In addition to perfumes, this company creates a finely-milled luxury face powder. The powder was introduced in the 1930s, and it is still sold today. Its manufacturing process is a well-kept secret. The brand continues to offer Daltroff’s original creations along with fragrances produced by its in-house perfumer, Richard Fraysse. It offers refillable bottles in multiple sizes, and its fragrances are dispensed from Baccarat crystal fountains. All products are original, authentic name brands. Hey everyone, Nicole here. And today I'll be reviewing Infini by Caron, the 2018 version rather than the original 1970 edition. The new Infini is very simply composed, opening with a strong pear note and hints of orange and pink pepper before moving into a heart of jasmine and a base of vanilla, benzoin, sandalwood, and musk. As a soft, moderate scent, I recommend it for professional settings in spring and fall, especially if you're a fan of florals. Well, that's all for today. I hope you enjoyed this review. For the daring ladies only

I have worn this since the seventies, although it underwent reformulations. Today it's a green, dry, leathery (vetiver + cedar?) perfume for ladies. This kind of scent is rare. I do not recommend it for the shy ladies.

sharp and biting

This feels very dated (70's) - reformulations has taken out all the guts and left us with a skeleton of a very sharp, unpleasant smell with a drydown which gives me a headache.

I would buy this perfume again

My dad loved this perfume so when I was born in 79 he named me Infini. He always talked about how wonderful it smelled. I buy as many bottles as I can. When I can find it.

Weak pear/floral

This reminds me of God is a Woman by Arianna Grande. We cheap smelling weak pear fragrances w/ floral nuances. I love pear in perfume and own several other pear fragrances in my collection, but this is not a very good one. It smells nice but it is extremely weak and watered down. If Caron would come out w/ an Intense version of this, I would buy it because it is pretty, but it doesn't last.

reformulated? P.U.!

I wore the original Infini on my wedding day, and for many years until it became difficult to find. This is not a 'new version', it is an entirely different scent that has no reflection whatsoever on the original Infini. I will find a use for it, but my beloved Infini is gone forever.

Infini by Caron has been my favourite for years

This was my signature perfume for many years, but it is very hard to find now. A friend told me about FragranceX, and I was notified as soon as it was in stock. Thank you FragranceX, it is as lovely as I remembered.

I would buy this product again and again

My grand mother used to use this perfume when I was little and I still remember it! And I am 34 now...I haven't seen it since then and I was very happy finding it on this site.
