Prince Matchabelli has been around since 1926. Its founder is Georges and Norina Matchabelli. Since 1987, the company has been owned by Unilever. Before starting a perfume house, Georges was a true prince who worked as an ambassador to Italy prior to the Russian Revolution. He married an Italian actress, Norina Gilli, in 1916. Norina was widely known for her most famous work: "The Miracle." In 1926, the couple emigrated to the United States where they founded their own perfumery business. The business released perfumes spanning between the 1930s into the 21st century.

I STILL OWN A BOTTLE FOR ALMOST 15 YEARS! BRING IT BACK!
Used this in the late 80's.... bought a few bottles and I still have one original left with half left. I use it for special occaisions. Its very sad that that Company went under. Wish that the new Company can bring it back! The new Night Musk fragrance is no way near the original one. New fragrance smells like old lady perfume. Sorry to say this, just being honest and I am sure Night Musk Fans will agree.

the best perfume ever.
I have nothing bad to say about it. Used to be the one and only, used to drive 32 miles to only store I could find at. Was given at tiny bottle of it from my son when he was 16 [now 40] for mothers day gift, he said it reminded him of me when her smelled it, he loved the smell him self, he did not like the old stuff I was wearing, my husband loved it, everyone I know loved the smell of it. NOW, I CAN NO LONGER FIND IT. Soooooooooooo unhappy!!!!!

I love Prince Matchabelli Night Musk, from 1983
I started wear Prince Matchabelli Night Musk back in 1983, up until last yr. & I discovered that it's not being sold anymore either in stores, flea market perfume booths, catalogs, or online, which I'm HIGHLY disappointed. The bottle I have now has maybe afew sprays left in it & it's lasted me from 2013 ta now & it's not right that they took it off the market! It's a highly acquired scent & if anything ~ IT NEEDS TA BE BROUGHT BACK, ASAP! Even if the price is in the upper $30. or $40. price range ~ I'd buy it...........

It was my every day smell. Everyone commented how good it smelled and asked what it was and where could they get it. I want a product that smells great all day to others. But one I don't smell after 10 min. Of applying it. So many want it back. Is anyone listening.

Been on wait list since 2015 - are you ever going to get more?i see a lot of people wanting this but no results! Why doesn't the company make more even if it's only once a year! There new fragrance is nothing like aviance night musk , I bought it cuz the ad said it was similar but not even close!

I have worn this since I was 16, now 46. I never received more compliments, both from men and women than when I wore this perfume. Absolutely insane that they no longer make it. Everyone's comments in the review section says the same thing. Why in the world did Prince Matchabelli stop making this perfume???? DUMB!!!!!

The absolute best perfume! I love it, the fresh, clean smell
I love it, everyday, I hate that I can't find it..and the only places that do have it are charges outrages prices! I pray that keep making it, I've been wearing it for years with many compliments and I simply love it!
