The middle of this manly scent is juniper, geranium, rose, jasmine and thyme. The base notes include, cedar, patchouli, oakmoss, amber and leather. Red is recommended for evening wear. WARNING: Use sparingly! This is indeed one of the most complicated fragrances I've ever worn. It starts off from the bottle a lil sweet and strong but mellows out immediately when it hits your skin. The middle and bottom notes are amazing! As I wash my clothes I find myself wondering what cologne did I just wear!? What intoxicating changes this fragrance undergoes! You absolutely can't go wrong buying the sample bottle first.

    I bought TWO - for my husband and son, but although it's got a lovely smell after a while, the first note is totally overpowering. I don't think I'd buy this men's fragrance again. I should have tried it first in a store and then ordered. No fault on Fragrance X' side. Shipping and time and quality was perfect as always!
