About Yves Saint Laurent

Yves Saint Laurent History and background of Yves Saint Laurent. Born in 1936, Yves Saint Laurent grew up in Oran, Algeria. At 17, he left for Paris where he showed his drawings to Michel de Brunhoff, director of Vogue, who published several of them immediately. I've always liked this fragrance but waited so long to get it. Maybe because I read everywhere that it was the emblematic fragrance of the 80's. Somehow I don't find it oldish or strong, I find it a fresh and natural scent that is not outdated. Definately elegant but not in a bloody serious way. On my skin it feels even a bit cheerful and cute, people like it on me.
