This is my worst experience of buying from USA: it tooks 50 days before the product was supplied.
First, it was payed 7-12 days for DHL shipping - in fact it was USPS.
Second, it tooks 14 days before the product was sent from USA.
Third, support service answers 3 time the same things : be patient. Funny: Christmas, New Year and Birthday of my wife - all these dates were passed, but "be patient" is the only answer.
For my opinion, the beauty of the product is more important than the bad service.
