Classic scent
This is a classic masculine smelling fragrance. Starts off with a blast of mandarin orange and oud. The oud is not strong or animalic. In the heart some earthy patchouli starts to come through and that's about all you get. But the scent is great for anytime use or even as a signature scent.

Mine doesn't say Oud Absolu
I don't know if they gave me the right bottle, but nevertheless... I'm a little disappointed that it smells like Jovan Musk for men in the opening. It does, however, dry down to a much more creamy and refined blend of musk, spices and woods. It's a little too rich for daily use and I'd prefer people catching a whisp of this as they draw near me than it shouting out loud. To my opinion, it's more of an intimate scent than a clubbing scent, but its sillage and strength performs like it's the latter. Still a good mature scent, though. I see myself pulling this off during cool and crisp days of the year here in the Philippines.

Magnificent oud scent
Great classic oud based fragrance. Fantastic smell. The oud is not overpowering yet not understated. Just the right balance. Best worn during fall, winter and spring. On the expensive side but I would buy again.

Mild and sensual
First off, FragranceX is a gift from heaven for frag lovers...very2 reasonable priced and products are genuine. Got this for almost 40% less then the price you pay in a store in Malaysia. Oud toned down by aroma. Soft and you almost dont feel like you're wearing oud based (usually beast mode) fragrance.

delicious, sweet, mellow, warm for winter nights. oud has a dark mysterious vibe, and this smells almost like the original M7, but lacking some darkness, bitterness and complexity.

Sensual and Sexy
# of Sprays: 3-4 Sillage: Moderate to Heavy Longevity: 8+ hours This may sound odd but for my skin this fragrance opens with a urinal cake smell but that quickly dies down within the first 20 minutes and then the beauty of this fragrance shines through. it really is something special and has a sense of quality in it much higher then the cost of this frag. it's a very warm and sensual fragrance. something you might even want to go to sleep in. i would recommend this for colder months or a cool summer night. For me the Oud doesnt really shine through, it's more of a woodsy accord that blends beautifully with the other notes but if you're expecting a mainly Oud fragrance then you'll have to seek it elsewhere.

This is a first cousin of the original M7. It isn't quite as strong, but it is more wearable for the same reason. Lasts approx 4 hrs where the original M7 would last for at least 8 hrs.
