Tenere Cologne by Paco Rabanne, First released in 1988, Tenere is a boldly aromatic fougère fragrance that artfully layers bright citrus and rich floral and herbal accords over a deep leather and musk base.
The opening is a green, invigorating blend of grapefruit, lemon and bergamot, interwoven with tangy cassia, lushly aromatic rosemary and clean lavender. The fragrance darkens, deepens and sweetens as it settles on the skin, introducing a lavish bouquet of florals, herbs, honey and spice:
artemisia and tarragon followed by orris root, cinnamon and anise, and finally freshly intoxicating jasmine, rose and lily-of-the-valley. Base notes of leather, vetiver and earthy-sweet patchouli combine with cedar, amber and musk to produce a strong yet balanced finish with impressive longevity.
This men's fragrance was created by perfumers Rosendo Mateu and Pierre Wargnye for French fashion house Paco Rabanne. Other artists who have worked with the brand include Dominique Ropion, Loc Dong, Christophe Raynaud, Emilie (Bevierre) Coppermann, Olivier Cresp, Michel Hy, Caroline Dumur, Fanny Bal, Juliette Karagueuzoglou and Bruno Javanovic. Brought back memories
Used this 20 years ago.Thought I would try again.Suited me better 20 years ago.My partner who uses Paco Rabanne La Nuit (out of stock in the UK and most places)tried it and she really likes it on her.
