I first sprayed this on, I got a citrus almost lemon type of smell. But after like 2 hours on my skin I couldn't smell it no longer. I tried to spray on my clothes to see if that would hold up, but the results was the same.

You get what you pay for.
The cologne is a eu de toilette which means that it has a mid fragrance concentration so this scent will last about 5 hours and not be too strong. To some people that's bad but that's just the way that the cologne is made, it's not a weak cologne trying to pose as a strong one this is a not too strong cologne that lasts for 4-5 hours that's not expensive at all so you pay for what you get.

I had a gift box that had a 1 oz bottle of Artisan. I used it the other day. I was at Hobby Lobby looking at art pencils. A lady was walking in the aisle and made the comment, "Oh my God, you smell good." When a complete stranger makes a compliment. You definitely need to have this fragrance. It does smell pleasant and you don't need to apply so much. I definitely would wear this everyday. You could wear this in an office setting. Where it is professional casual.

The best clean soap out of the shower
I bought two bottles, original edt and a tester. Somehow the tester smells different than original bottle! The opening of tester misses the citrusy and freshness! There is a note that I cannot recognize. It overwhelms the citrusy opening and dominates the fresh opening! Maybe woody node?? I recognized the difference as soon as I applied the tester one after a couple weeks of wearing the original one! That smell stays all along even the next day!

A very citrusy scent that is fresh and masculine. Smells like tangerines an summer! If someone catches you wearing this in the first 30 minutes it's an absolute compliment getter, the only problem is after that it becomes a skin scent and lasts for a few hours. I would recommend this for a collector but there are better fragrances out there performance wise.

Citrusy, clean and fresh as good as it gets
Ok, lets get the lone negative feedback out of the way. Yes, It does not perform. However, fragrance alone, this is one of the best summer and spring fragrances out there. Its so good during hot weather as its the right amount citrus so when its hot it just sends this citrus blast that is beyond compare. It is a cheapie so you wont hesitate spraying. Plus its really good with that clementine and tangerine opening. So spraying again isnt a bad idea. Ive never been a performance guy as its the fragrance's smell that is important. With artisan, you still get your money's worth.
