Hey everyone, it's Justin. And today I'll be reviewing Declaration Essence by Cartier. Now, this cologne is actually quite unique. It has a mossy-wood aroma with accents of sweet and zesty citrus. Now some of the notes include bergamot, bitter orange, cardamom, birch, vetiver, and oak moss. This balanced fragrance is cool and refreshing, yet also earthy and musky. It's a sensual and refined scent that I would recommend as your next signature cologne. All right, everyone, that's all for today. Cartier Declaration Essence 🤮

Warning: this stuff smells terrible!!! I bought this on a blind buy, bad mistake! Smells like old dingy soap! How can anyone like this fragrance? I sprayed it over my cats litter box to kill the smell. Might be a good bug deterrent too!

Classy timeless Elegance !

Terre D'Hermes has been one of my favourites, and is chimed to have the same Ellena DNA. Probably so, but I find Declaration to be the more interesting, natural, complex and elegant composition. Projects a polished, intense, spicy, woody, invigorating and distinctly sophisticated personality. If TDH is professional, DE is distinguished. I like them both, but forced to choose, it would be Declaration first. This is one classy scent and, like TDH, signature worthy. Note, I don't get any BO at all, just spice. Declaration deserves a trial, at least.

Not for the average

Definitely not for beginners and those average cologne collectors. This scent is definitely for those folks who have a mature nose. This scent has a complexity with its makeup and if you are just starting out collecting colognes you just might pass on this one until your nose has matured. With all of that being said, it's a very intriguing sent for sure.

I'll definitely buy it again

My father and brother are obsessed with this perfume. They keep asking me to reorder it over and ovee, I'm pretty sure that I bought it more than 10 times! It smells really great and purchased at a great price! I'd definitely recommend it :)

I love this product

I always get compliments when I use this product, especially after I spray it on. It smells like a light woody fragrance. Unfortunately, it does not last for long, but it is a good product to have and use, preferably during cold weather.

Bottled elegance

My favorite perfume in a line with classical Declaration. Very elegant. Better to wear with suit, but I cant stand and use it almost every day, even with tshirts ) Essence is more bitter and smoky, and no any birch to my mind. Love both.
