La Fille De Berlin Cologne by Serge Lutens, La Fille De Berlin by Serge Lutens was released in 2013 as a unisex fragrance created with Christopher Sheldrake.
The opening notes are of rose and geranium, with the rose fragrance starting out and remaining strong – a full-blown, summer rose rather than a retiring rose. The geranium adds a green, vegetal scent that’s more masculine before the center note of palmarosa adds a grassy accord. The base notes of patchouli, moss and honey create a long, mellow finish to La Fille De Berlin. It’s rich and floral without being overly sweet or cloying. The honey and moss add a dash of warmth and woodiness to complete the fragrance signature. This is an elegant, potent rose that is equally at home on men and women.
Serge Lutens created his own perfume house in 2000 after years of collaborating with cosmetics powerhouses like Shisheido. Over the years he has been a fashion designer, photographer, filmographer and perfume designer. His fragrance company is based in France. All products are original, authentic name brands.
