Jil Sander Pure Cologne by Jil Sander, Jil Sander Pure is a woody aromatic fragrance released in 2004. Crafted by perfumers Ilias Ermenidis and Nathalie Lorson, the sleek and sophisticated bottle contains a refreshing blend of woodsy, spicy, musky and aquatic accords. It opens with a mixture of juniper berries, fir resin, mandarin orange and sea notes before revealing a heart of bamboo, white musk and more watery notes. The blend ends solidly with base notes of sandalwood, mahogany and vanilla for sweet, incense and soft woody touches.

German designer Jil Sander launched her eponymous company in 1978, specializing in minimalistic ready-to-wear fashions that gained an unexpected cult following in the 1980s. Next, she turned her attention to fragrances, and the label’s first two releases, Pure Man and Pure Woman, came a year later in 1978. To date, the brand has over 70 perfumes to its credit, with 2018 seeing several women’s fragrance releases. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

My favourite fragrance of all time!

I was lucky to discover this gem of a fragrance way back in 2005 during a short visit to Paris. I have not stopped using it since and will continue to do so until it's no longer available anywhere! Simply the best!
