No scent
I have been wearing Touch for years and it's one of my go-to colognes. When my order arrived the packaging was perfect and it looked like every other one I've bought in the past. But when I sprayed it on it had no scent whatsoever, unless water is a scent. Quite disappointing. Requested a refund, they pushed back. Finally they agreed to email a shipping label because I felt that $6+ to return it was quite unfair. Because I don't have a printer they told me to simply show it at the post office on my iPhone and they could take care of it. Not true. I had to find a copy center to print it and then back to the post office. In a few days I received a refund, bought another bottle at a higher price and it was perfecto. This company has a pretty good rating but this time they failed me. I'd chalk it up to expired shelf life but the customer service was so poor they're off my list. You get what you pay for and this time I was unlucky.

I had a bottle of Burberry before but a different type Cologne. But I can say honestly they will be one of my favorite on the go to my list of others I'll use.
