Jil Perfume by Jil Sander, Created in 1997, Jil is a woody, oriental fragrance that exudes rich, creamy notes. This refined scent defines feminine sensuality. The top notes are a delectable collection of lavender, violet, mint, bergamot and raspberry. The heart notes are a sweet sensation of dark chocolate, vetiver, cedar, balsam fir, and sandalwood. The base notes simmer with tonka bean, amber, tobacco and vanilla. Gilles Romey is the designer behind this lovely fragrance for women.

Jil Sander founded her fashion company in Hamburg, Germany in 1968. Borrowing her mother’s sewing machine, she created her first collection using Trevira fabric. It took her until 1973 to launch a line under own name. The first fragrances for men and women were both introduced in 1979 known as Pure Woman and Pure Man. From there, the 1980s and 1990s were a very successful period for the company. The company’s growth attracted the attention of Prada which bought a 75 percent share of the business in 1999. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Not What I Wanted

Cream was sticky and heavy. Fragrance was not pleasing at all. I love Jill Sander's #4 and was hoping this would be somewhat close to that, but it WAS NOT. So disappointed...

Bottom Line

No, I would not recommend to a friend.

I love this perfume Jil Sanders

I love this perfume i've use it for almost 10 yrs. It's hard to find now. Please stock up on it...Truly miss it.

A GREAT perfume! I'm so addicted to its smell. I have lots of perfumes and I have been getting different ones too, but no oe like this! try it, and you'll love it! It's romantic, sophisticated, sweet&spicy, and fresh!!
