      This fragrsnce can't be purchased in a U.S. department store. I have been wearing it for over 40 years. My mother wore it, my grandmother wore it.

        this is a great classic perfume with history.
        I have always loved the richness of it's scent
        and have often been complimented after using it.
        It has a lushness and that touch of spice it
        emits is just right. It's perfect for me and
        combines the kind of scents that suits my classic

            I was looking for a replacement from L'heure Bleu; although I love this, it can be a bit overpowering and I wanted something more wearable.
            Fragrance with carnation can be difficult to find. I searched around and came up with this one, but it was quite expensive, and I was reluctant to buy it at full price, in case I didn't like it.
            Fragrance X was 1/2 the price of other retailers, and was delivered to my desk in the UK within 3 days.
            I do like it very much; it is a more wearable option to the Guerlain perfumes, and I can use it all day. It smells quite different to the run-of-the-mill "designer scents". I would like to try other scents from the Caron stable, and will look to FrangranceX first
