This feminine fragrance launched in 1994. Javier Sierra founded the company in 1932; in 2003, Dana Classics was established. Since 2008, parent company patriarch partners has continued the production of this incredible scent that has lasted over two decades and is still a favorite to many.
Although there are approximately one hundred types of vanilla plants, only three of these are grown around the world for commercial production: Vanilla tahitiensis, Vanilla planifolia and Vanilla pompona. The word “French” in front of vanilla indicates there is a stronger vanilla scent. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

I was very disappointed this was not the French Vanilla perfume by Dana that I was expecting.It was also not in the spray bottle taht I ordered on the site

A lot of perfume for the money!
The huge bottle was very reasonable. However, I like other Dana scents much more, particularly their Vetiver. This one has an '80s vibe. If you like retro things, give it a try. You need a big personality to carry this one off.

Vanilla Victory!
Hello again ladies! If you like Vanilla, you HAVE to get this one. It's a huge 7.7 oz bottle, so generous. It truly does have the "french" smell to it, and it smells very expensive even though it isn't! Get it and ENJOY!

lovely fragrance but...
wonderful vanilla smell but not the french vanilla I saw my mom with in the early 90's and vowed to find. The bottle is MUCH bigger, it is nnot as strong, yet with this particular variation, any stronger would be over-bearing. A spray bottle would be better suited for this one and I have 'bath' in it to get the desired effect. Wonderful-enough smell though, just not the original

FANTASTIC!
When I dress up, I love to splash French Vanilla on my arms, neck, and face. It is not overpowering, so people who are affected by strong smelling perfumes can tolerate it. I wish it had more of a vanilla scent as I love that scent. But the price was right and the amount of product was more than I expected. Excellent choice if you like toilette water.

Just Love this Fragrance
I buy this for my wife since she found it years ago and it is one of the most sexy fragrances I have ever smelt. It is not over powering at all. I just bought 3 bottles from this site so I know she will have enough for a while. Plus it is a great price.

Although this fragrance was a little mild and did not last long, I really love it and will definitely continue to use it. I will refresh several times during the day as the fragrance is very pleasing to me.

Pic is misleading
Pic was misleading. I thought this was the same product I used to use by the pic, but when I received the product the bottle was bigger and had no sprayer. This product does not last as long as the one in the pic

pleased and disappointed
I love the scent, in fact it is one of the only perfumes that I can wear. OThers irritate my sinuses and skin. THe only thing I was bummed by was that there was no sprayer on the bottle, i have bought it in the past and it had one and the picture showed one. But the bottle that I ordered was bigger than what I normally get and so it didn't have one. Other than that I was so thrilled to find French Vanilla by Dana perfume, I haven't been able to find it in stores for a long time.
