      It is my understanding that the Dioressence that is being produced now is the new revised version. Having used this perfume for more than 20years and experiencing great difficulty in finding it in recent years I was delighted to receive a bottle from a relative from overseas. I had heard that the fragrance had changed and as soon as I opened the lid I could tell. This fragrance is pleasant but in my opinion absolutely nothing like the original. I'm sure other regular users would agree.The depth and muskyness of the fragrance has gone. Such a shame for the lovers of this fine fragrance. A classic that is no more. Dior have missed the mark here and it's really disapointing I'm sorry to say.

        While I was working, this was an easy scent. It didn't "flow" into bosses office. I love wearing it for all special occasions, too. My boyfriend loves this. What's not great about it? It's not currently sold in stores!

          this was one of the greats by the house of Dior. It first became unavailable in the US about 20 years ago. I had to special order from Europe. Now it's unavailable at all. Too bad, because there are many devotees of this wonderful fragrance.

            This is my all time favourite perfume and I can't understand why Christian Dior have stopped making it. Can someone at Fragrance X look into this and advise us devotees of the outcome.
