This head-turning perfume was introduced to the market in 1982 and is still an eveningwear favorite among many. Its maker, Dana, was originally called the House of Dana when founded in 1921 by Javier Serra in Barcelona, Spain. Though passed through numerous hands, the brand Dana still thrives, classic and beloved. It continues to produce its best-loved fragrances, even a reformulated version of Tabu, first released to the world in 1932. All products are original, authentic name brands. I would buy this a thousand times over.
I have been waiting for 12 years for this to be in stock. So let me know what ingredients i need Then write down step by step instructions so i can make some myself. 12 years should be enough of a hint to let you know how badly i want it. I know of 22 people that are also waiting. They got it from me, so now being as i can't produce it they think i am nuts. Please get it back out!!!!!

Formula changed from when it by Houbigant.
Totally different fragrance than it used to be when it was made by Houbigant. Not at all the same by Dana! Used to love it. Not now! :(

Can not smell. Very faint. RAFFIN`EE .
I still have some of my original Raffinee. I love it but the Raffinee I perchased from the company does not even come close. I am so disappointed.

Raffinee Spray Cologne
This is a big disappointment. I have used this fragrance over 50 years, and this new style bottle I was sent is not what I wanted, and does not smell the same. I will not be ordering anymore until you get the pictured bottle on top of this survey back in, because what you sent in another style bottle is DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME SCENT

I love the Raffinee in the bottle with the red cap not the round bottle that one has a totally different scent and I know my Raffinee so now that bottle is just sitting there unless I give it away

Not MY Raffinee
Suspected something wrong the minute I opened by box. Statement on box said Raffinee, by Dana, under new packaging. Extremely strong odor and not the Raffinee I have worn for 20 years. The picture advertised is the product I know, not this new bottle and scent. Returned all 3 boxes.

I have a terrible time finding scents. Nothing smells the same on me as it does in the bottle or other people. Guess I have a different chemical makeup. I love this fragrance and was very upset when it was pulled from retail stores. I would love to have the lotion and powder but they are always out of stock.

Disappointing
This seems to be a re-make of the original Raffinee. I have worn this perfume since the mid 1980's and have always loved it, and received so many compliments on it over the years. It became unavailable until recently, but this just is not the same Raffinee. I could spray it on in the morning (the original), and I could still smell it on my wrist that night. I want the original back!

After trying dozens of fragrances, only to have them "turn" sour, harsh or disappointing on me, my husband found this fragrance that worked for me and he loves the fragrance. About 5 years ago, it became impossible to find. I was told it had been discontinued, that outlets no longer carried it, or that I would no longer find it anywhere. So, when I found it online, available through FragranceX, I was thrilled. THANK YOU for making this available and making my husband and I both happy!

Not a patch on Raffinee by HOUBIGANT( Original maker)
Not as it used to be . Weak smell, like it had been watered down. I used to get lots of compliments on the smell , but not any more. Much too expensive for those of us that have been wearing this beautiful perfume for years at a reasonable price. I used to get 3x100ml bottles sent to me for £10 AND free postage) from a perfume outlet . What happened, apart from Dana taking over from the previous maker. Giving us a quarter of the smell at 10 times the price.

I have loved Raffinee for years....and have continued to order it after it was taken off the market. I was excited to read you were offering Raffinee with a guarantee of no knock-offs...that it was the original fragrance.....I'm sorry to say it didn't even come close to the fragrance of Raffinee...I would have sent it back but lost the info ....Just wanted you to know....I was very disappointed.

I was so excited to feel that I was going to receive my very favorite fragrance I have not been able to get any where. While your ad claimed to be an original ...it wasn't. It was very different than the Raffinee I loved.....in short it almost smelled as if it had been deluted.
