Red Door Shimmer Perfume by Elizabeth Arden, Red Door Shimmer is a fruity floral fragrance for women by Elizabeth Arden. Introduced in 2008, this fragrance combines fruity and floral accords and accents them with woody accords. The perfume opens with fruity notes of pear, blackberry and spicy pink pepper. The heart, containing notes of gardenia, lily and peony, is intensely floral and sweet. The fragrance closes with warm earthy notes of musk, amber, sandalwood, vetiver and tonka bean.

Elizabeth Arden was founded by Florence Nightingale Graham in New York City. Graham went by the name Elizabeth Arden in business. She began her cosmetics and skincare company in 1909 and enjoyed immense success with makeup, skincare treatments and its signature Red Door salons. In 1934, the company introduced its first fragrance, Blue Grass. Arden ran the company for over 50 years, until her death in 1966. In more recent years, the company’s focus has shifted to its numerous fragrance lines, many in collaboration with well-known celebrities and designers. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

Hey everyone, Nicole here. And today I'll be reviewing Red Door Shimmer by Elizabeth Arden, an addition first released in and signed by Clement Gavarry. It's a predominately floral fragrance with dashes of blackberry, pink pepper and pear in the top, and base notes of sandalwood, tonka, musk, vetiver and amber. The most apparent floral is gardenia, a note I personally really really like, especially for a versatile scent like this one, which I would recommend mainly for day wear. Well, that's all for today. delightful way. This fragrance is not very fruity in my opinion. The flowers and the pepper together with the base notes sandalwood, musk, tonka and amber developes a scent for special evenings and nights. Maybe you will need to bring the botttle as it becomes very soft and close to the skin after half an hour. Its a limited edition from 2008 and has no resemblance whith the original headache inducing RD. Try it!

Wow...this perfume is AMAZING!

This perfume is feminine and smells just divine! The best way to describe it is that when you wear it you honestly feel like you are fizzing with energy because its such an uplifting smell. Just beautiful, would recommend to anyone!
