Annick Goutal History and background of Annick Goutal. Goutal blossomed late, coming to perfume making after a career as a prizewinning pianist and model. She then met a man, separated from him, found herself alone with a baby (her daughter Camille), was diagnosed with breast cancer and married her childhood sweetheart. This was definitely a great experience - especially considering that a local "discount" perfume shop wanted almost $85.00 for the same thing. The owner even talked about how little mark-up they were making on the sale. Yeah, right. I can almost purchase 2 bottles for what she wanted to charge me. I Love this Fragrance! It is my favorite! I'm so glad I found it at FRAGRANCE X because only one store carries it (as far as I know) and it's a long drive away and the cost is much more than listed here.

      This is a beautiful fragrance if you love florals. I happen to love gardenias and this one is all gardenia. It is strong, and I recommend applying it sparingly, in layers. The after fragrance makes a woman very intriguing to men...it is soft, yet very pretty. My husband nuzzled my neck while I was wearing this fragrance and...he noticed that it was new....he said, "Nice....real nice." I think so, too. Good luck, girls. I love this perfume.
