This fragrance was launched in 1806 and has top notes of Amalfi lemon, bergamot, orange, and mandarin orange. The middle notes are petitgrain, rosemary, neroli, carnation, and rose. At the bottom are base notes of clove, myrtle, vetiver, cedar, sandalwood, amber, and musk. With soft sillage and short longevity, this scent is best for summer days.

Jean Marie Farina established a business based on the original Eau De Cologne formula in 1806 and sold the company’s product catalog to Charles Roger & Charles Gallet in 1862. From this, they formed the brand Roger & Gallet and took the Farina formula to produce as a fragrance, soap, and other scented items. The brand continues producing fragrances from essential oils and rare plants, with Art Deco packaging. L’Oreal acquired the company in 2008. All products are original, authentic name brands.
