Hanae Mori Eau De Collection No 1 Perfume by Hanae Mori, Hanae Mori Eau de Collection No 1 is a light, refreshing summertime scent with subtle undertones of warm spice. The opening notes are an exuberant fruit effusion of sparkling tart grapefruit and black currant sweetened by dark mulberry and laced with fruity-aromatic bergamot. At the heart of the fragrance soft, woody raspberry and richly tannic tones of blackberry fuse with the clean white floralcy of sheer jasmine. Softest sandalwood and warm amber ground and balance the florals and fruits, dissolving into a lingering light vanilla musk finish.

Hanae Mori got her start in fashion during the 1950s when she opened a small boutique in Tokyo. By the 1990s her business had grown to more than $500 million in international sales, and she had locations on Madison Avenue in Manhattan and Avenue Montaigne in Paris. Mori's perfume label was founded in 1996 in collaboration with fragrance designer Bernard Ellena. No 1 was launched in 2010 and is the first scent released in the Eau de Collection.
