Frances Denney founded her self-titled fragrance line in 1938 after emigrating to the U.S. from Dublin, Ireland in the late 1800s. Before leaving Ireland, Denney was the first female to graduate from Dublin’s Trinity College with a degree in Chemistry. In 1987 she opened the first Cosmetic House in Philadelphia and catered to wealthy patrons who sought beauty advice. Her latest fragrance was released in 1981. Interlude perfume
I have the scented powder and cologne. I have been wearing this for special occasions and date nights. I received many compliments on Interlude. I have been buying Interlude since I first saw it advertised in Cosmopolitan magazine when I was a teenager. I have loved the scent since then.

PLEASE ASK FRANCES DENNEY TO MAKE INTERLUDE AGAIN.
I've used interlude since the '70s. It never gets old. I can spray it on my hair and it smells awesome till next shampoo. I'm missing my most favorite perfume of all. It was Princess Grace's favorite perfume. I cannot handle being without it. Please please please... make it again. Please. God bless you... what we need is empathy. It's a smell that cannot be done and over. That's would be a catastrophe. Help us have our perfume back, please.

I miss Interlude.
I have used Interlude since the early 70's. I miss it so much. I found a knock off by Scentmatchers. It is pretty close but not the original. I can't get any lotions, or body powder anymore. Why is it not being made anymore?

A beautiful fragrance
I really miss Interlude I have been using this for nearly 50 years. Why is it no longer available? I was over the moon when I saw it on Fragrance X I have been on waiting list for atleast 2 years.

I cannot believe we can't get this fragrance anymore.
I am so sad that I can no longer get this product. I have worn this fragrance and don't care for many of the ones out now. I see where another name has come out with their interlude but I am not paying 400 $ for a bottle of perfume.

Been looking for this a long time now!
My Mom & I were introduced to this fragrance by a cousin back in 1991, and we both loved it! My sweet Mom passed in 1995, so when I wore it, she was with me! I've been out for a while now and found it recently on another site, but it was waaaaay out of my price range. Looking forward to hearing it is back in stock with you!!!

I am 94 years old and have been using the Interkude Bath anf Body Oil since 1965 when it was first introduced Have had Many, Man compliments from both men and women Am sick that they stopped making it Don't they realize people WANT a GOOD product like Interude.

How can I locate this product If it's showing out of Stock then does this mean it is not gone for good?? I've been searching for moths as I finished my last bottle of Cologne from the Interlude Frances Denny's collection I've looked everywhere for the powder and body lotion Could t find it for years

So very sad that this perfume is no longer made.
Interlude has been my signature perfume for many, many years. I am very upset that this is not made any longer. Why was it discontinued???? This perfume is a true classic and should never have been deleted from the Frances Denny's line. Please, please bring it back!!!!!

I love Interlude Bath & Body Perfume
I started using Interlude Bath & Body Perfume the day of my mothers passing in 1980. This was her fragrance, so now it is mine. Everyday I put it on and it reminds me of my mom. My children & grandchildren know me by my Interlude fragrance too. My husband loves the fragrance on me too! I trust that you will continue offering Interlude bath & body perfume. I use the power too. This is the most outstanding fragrance France's Denny has ever put out on market . I have people stop me when I am out, and ask 'what do you have on? I smile and say 'FRANCES DENNY INTERLUDE!' How about that!!! The fragrance is not just great, but outstanding,long lasting, one of it's kind. I do not want to look for any other fragrance.

Always My Mom
Interlude was the fragrance my mother worn when I was a little girl; presently continues to be my mother's signature fragrance. As an adult have worn this same fragrance so it can remind me of my mother daily, and a constant memory of her presence though she lives out of state. Often, I am asked the name of the fragrance, and I am consistently being told how beautiful the smell.

Great Smell
This smell was my favourite when I was a student in US 30 years ago. Unfortunately it is not on the market in Switzerland, so I used it rarely, for special occasions only. It fits to somebody who stands with both feet on the ground. I am so glad to have it found on FragranceX! Shipping does not take longer then if would order in Switzerland. Thanks!

This Perfume Turns Heads
When I'm in a Dept Store, men stop me to ask the name of my perfume. It's never overpowering -- always pleasant. This perfume combines with your skin type. None of my 3 daughters can wear it. It doesn't smell the same on them.

Classic, beautiful fragrance
I bought this as a gift for my Mom. She has worn it for years and I have used it as well. It is a more heavy than subtle scent, but it is just beautiful. Very feminine, very earthy. Always get compliments when I've worn it -- Mom too.

An oldie but goodie!
Interlude is a classic. It does not have that cloying note that so many of the newer perfumes made in the last couple decades have in them.

Finally Found !
I have searched for Years trying to find this product. I was told "Frances Denney" (Company) went out of business. I wore this (Interlude) many years ago and loved it. Unusual...You won't smell like everyone else. Don't overdo it...just a light spray....it lasts and lasts..
