Fantastic smell
One of the greatest perfume works by the house of Van Cleef and Arpels. Misterious a nd fasinating perfume. I was on a waiting list for a year in order to get it. Very difficult to find. I glad , I have it now. Perfume draws a lot of compliments from men and women.

The BEST perfume I have ever used..
I loved it .. used it all the time day and evening. People complimented me everywhere. My Staff would know if I walked into the office with the lovely spicy perfume on me. I MISS IT..I really hope Van Cleef brings it back again.. I have even saved the big red bottle, but cant even find refills anywhere. Please bring it back... This is MY favourite and there is NO other substitude for this perfume I loved it...A RARE AND A TRUE GEM !!!

Simply magnificent!
I use this perfume whenever I am going somewhere special - day or night. I would use it all the time if I could afford to - it is my favourite. I have tried to find something to replace it as it is so difficult to obtain, which is good in a way because then not everybody will go searching for it. I often have men ask me what it is as they just love the fragrance. It is the BEST perfume I have ever worn and I just LOVE it. I have been using it for at least 15 years.

THIS IS THE BEST PERFUME IN THE WORLD
It is just the best perfume in the world. Nobody can resist. Every man and woman is fascinated. But it is rare and therefore hard to get. I have been using it since 25 years and always will. Let's hope Van Cleef & Arples will continue producing it.

At laasssst I've found the one I love...
This scent needs to be used sparingly... less is more. I spray the air in front of me and then twirl my way through it, remembering to take off my pearls beforehand. It has no down side except that when you wear it everyday, you can't smell it yourself. That's OK, I treat everyone around me to a fabulous fragrance and being hard to find makes it a perfect signature perfume, hence the reason I would not reveal the name by recommending it.

Desperately seeking.......... Gem
The best perfume discovery I have ever made, it became my signature perfume in mid 1990s, I wear it all the time (when I can find it to buy!!!)- at a loss to understand why it has been withdrawn. You only have to look at other reviews on this site.......what can we do as consumers to persuade the manufacturer to start up production again??

I have used this for years
I so love this perfume, i have worn it for years. I am very fussy with the type of perfume i wear and when i find something i like i stick with it. It has gotten harder over the years to buy this perfume i have to hunt high and low and buy as many as i can afford at the time. I must say no matter where i am i always get a compliment about my perfume especially from men which is fantastic :0)

great perfume
Use it for special ocasions as it is so hard to come by. My husband bought it for me when it was first released. Would wear it all the time if it was more readily available. Have not seen it in Australia for a long time

Gorgeous and Luscious
I purchased my first GEM in Paris 1987 - been wearing this ever since and my daughters also love it but sadly, very difficult to find. Everybody comments on this perfume when I wear it, both men and women. I adore it, wouldn't wear anything else ever!
