Magie Noire has long been my absolute favourite perfume of all time. I wear it always, anywhere and for all occasions. So I guess you can say that it definitely is my own "personal signature" fragrance. A perfect description in fact. It does not seem a common fragrance, and I am often asked what it is I am wearing.
Very close friends/work colleagues tell me they always know when I've been there, even if it is some time after I have left the area, because the lingering smell is just very identifyingly "Me".
It is not always easily availabale locally, but worth the time and effort in finding to ensure that you don't run out of your supply.
But don't tell all your friends, or you may encounter the same problem as me when you most want it!

    I had tried to purchase Magic Noire several times at department stores, but was told Lancome is not carrying it anymore.
    I was pleasantly surprised to be able to order it through Fragrance X..and it came so quickly!
    This Magic Noire does not seem to hold it's scent as long as previous bottles I have had..I've worn this scent for many years.

      I have been wearing this scent since the early 80's. It is the most interesting scent and always draws positive comments. It is like cat-nip for men- there is something in it that males find attractive!! So happy it is available again. For a while you could not find it anywhere. I was even scouring the stores in Paris 2 years ago looking for it to no avail!! Will definitely be stocking up again..

        I guess I can call it my "Signature" fragrance. About 8 years ago I requested another fragrance for Christmas but my husband gave me Magie Noire because he liked the fragrance better than my other one. I tried it and I, also, liked it better and have been wearing it ever since. Everyone compliments me on it and my children say, "Mom, that is you!"
