Jil No. 3 Perfume by Jil Sander, Released in 1985, Jil No. 3 is a timeless expression of feminine achievement. This chypre, floral perfume is strongly woody with accents of fresh spice. It wears best with cooler weather and during the evening.
Possessing a long-lasting profile and heavy sillage, this perfume projects a powerful presence. The top notes are a dream of orange blossom, aldehydes, coriander, nutmeg, bay leaf, pepper, bergamot, hyacinth and Brazilian rosewood. The heart notes are a
sweet floral exclamation of carnation, tuberose, orris root, jasmine, ylang-ylang, lily of the valley, rose, geranium and honey. The base notes are amber, sandalwood, musk, patchouli, benzoin, vanilla, oakmoss, vetiver and cedar.
Using her mother’s sewing machine as her only means of production, Jil Sander founded her fashion company in 1968 in Hamburg, Germany. By 1973, she was releasing products under her own brand name. Pure Woman and Pure Man were the first fragrances developed by her company in 1979. Over the years, her business has been tremendously successful, eventually being purchased by Prada in 1999. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.
