The fragrance debuted in 1990 from design house Coty. Master perfumer Francois Coty launched the company in 1904, the same year Coty debuted its first scent. Coty studied perfumery as a young man, taking lessons from a pharmacist who dabbled in the discipline. Today the company produces some of the more popular women’s and men’s perfumes and colognes in the industry. The company has designed nearly 100 different fragrances under more than 40 brand names. I used it in the 80's til 90's since my father worked in Oman and introduced it to me, til then I always asked him to buy it for me. its been many years since it was out of circulation but I can never forget this ASPEN in Gold clear bottle. the smell is unbelievable. I am always looking for it even here in Dubai but cannot find it. please alert me to get another of this. I love it, its so relaxing to smell. its a vintage collection.

I'm mainly writing this review on the website rather than the perfume. I found out within 5 days of departing on an international trip that someone at the destination wanted me to find Aspen for Women, which I had never heard of, and purchase a 1.7 oz bottle for her. She told me that I should be able to find it at any pharmacy. After looking at several stores, I couldn't find it. Thankfully I found it on this website, for a great price, even though the bottles were smaller than what she asked for, but because the price was so good I bought 3 for her. [...]so I got it before departing with no issues. The perfume smells good from the nozzle, although I don't know what it smells like with my chemistry. I'm a Chanel Chance woman myself. The only reason that I'm giving the website 4 stars and not 5 is that the price of Chance is quite a bit higher than what I would pay at a department store.
