one of my favourite scents
This is a classic scent which everyone compliments. It's pleasant and very sexy. When I wear it, I feel womanly. It's really an evening wear scent but occasionally I feel it works during the day, especially in the winter time.

Just like I remember
This i discovered back in the 80's when it first came out. I was really amazed and I rediscovered it and realized how much I loved it and love it even more. This fragrance was ahead of it's time and now it's like it was made for me.

Most Memorable Perfume
Out of the recent perfumes bought (most of them from the 2010's), this perfume stood out as the most unique and did not share any similarities with the others. Compared to the other perfumes which in the end all had the same dry-down and I couldn't tell them apart, were a bit too sweet and fruity, very "flighty", lasted 3 hours...Dali stood on its own and is representative of a perfume that manages to tell a story and smells like there was a genuine effort to create a valuable perfume.

Reminisce
First smell was strong and heavy. The cinnamon was really noticeable. My immediate thought was that this reminds me of a scent my Grandmother wore when I was young. The smell brought back memories. At first I wasn't sure that I was going to wear it. After the dry down, the scent was nice and the cinnamon and spice really drew me in. I like it. Without a doubt this is a fall scent, too strong for spring or summer.

Elegant scent of the past in a Dali designed bottle
The bottle is designed by Dali. It is a nose and lips from one of his paintings and has his signature on the bottle. It's very kitsch and cool and bizarre at the same time.

I first tried Salvador Dali perfume on a trip to Sydney - in fact it was being sold at the Hotel I stayed in called L'Otel.. a gorgeous fragrance - when I got back to Adelaide it was not available - that was 20 years ago - since the on-line buying systems I now have been able to not only find it but keep buying it.. very special
I remembered having used this perfume in my twenties and could not resist to buy it again. As most of strong 80/90es perfumes, the actual, reformulated versions are never as strong as the vintage-version. But not in this case!!! I was wery glad to have found the same scent. Congratulation!

I've LOVED this fragrance since mid-late 80's. Best for evening, special occasion or cooler weather as can be little strong for warm weather- though I DONT THINK SO! It's classic! Always get compliments on it ! Don't need a lot of it, as with other perfumes bcuz it's long lasting One of my absolute favorites & I don't usually like oriental/spicy perfume Only con is it can be easy to use too much so GO EASY until u get used to it!!

My all time favourite scent
Dali for Women has been my favourite scent for over 20 years. I wear it all the time. It is a real pick-me-up! Because it is a spicy/earthy scent it might not suit everyone. It is often difficult to find at a physical store. Whenever I wear it I get lots of compliments - even in this "fragrance free" environment. My husband absolutely loves how this fragrance smells on me.

I heard this fragrance was similar to Chanel 22 hence the reason for buying. The top note was a little too aldehydic for my liking, the lasting smell although not unpleasant wasn't wearable.
