Fracas Perfume by Robert Piguet, First introduced in 1948, fracas by the design house of robert piguet . Relauched in 1996 still captivates the countless number of loyal users such as madonna and princess caroline of monaco. Elegant and sophisticated, fracas is a blend of tuberose, a white flower with a notes of orange, as well as jasmine, jonquil, lily of the valley, white iris. About Robert Piguet

Robert Piguet History and background of Robert Piguet. Robert Piguet was born in Yverdon, Switzerland in 1901. After training as a banker, Piguet went to Paris in 1918, where he worked with REDFERN and POIRET. He founded his own salon in 1933. He hired or used designs by many famous designers, as well as using his own designs. Antonio Castillo worked from 1936 to 1944, Christian DIOR worked from 1938 to 1942. Read more about Robert Piguet

I first used Fracas in 1971. Then whenever I could find it.It was my signature fragrance, then it became unavailable in Canada in the eighties. I found it on occasion in France but eventually even there it disappeared. To rediscover Fracas is a dream come true. My husband recognized it immediately. He said he always knew when I was around because of that scent. When it was available, I have had many compliments about it over the years, men stopping me to ask me its name to flirt with me or to ask its name buy it for their special lady. It always turned heads. No other scent received such response. Truly a beautiful pure thing and never give me allergic reactions as so many "modern" scents do.

    I bought this perfume without first trying it based on other peoples reviews and I love it. I had never heard of it before until I read a book about Isobella Blow and it was her favourite perfume. I like having a perfume that not everyone else is wearing.

    I enjoyed Fracas so much I have bought another Robert Piguet perfume, Calypso. I am used to buying online and was impressed with the speed in which my orders arrived.

    I discovered Fracas in the Mid 80s...a lady walked in the reception area of where I worked at the time; the fragrance was so captivating I had to ask her the name of her perfume...I looked for this fragrance and found it at a little perfume shop. I've been wearing this fragrance ever since...it's my signature perfume. I love it, but I wish that it was a little less costly! My eldest daughter and my husband sometimes purchase it on special occasions such as my birthday and Christmas..
