Initiation Perfume by Molyneux, Initiation is a wonderfully balanced feminine scent. It is a bouquet of flowers and soft sweetness that is never cloying or overpowering.
The fragrance opens with a burst of aldehydes, gardenia, and Brazilian rosewood combined with the fruitiness of mandarin orange, peach, and bergamot. The heavenly heart notes are a delicate bouquet of carnation, jasmine, tuberose, ylang-ylang, heliotrope, lily-of-the-valley, narcissus, and rose. All of this rests perfectly on a
base of honey, amber, coconut, civet, patchouli, oakmoss, and vetiver.
This classic fragrance by Molyneux was launched in 1990. This is an old perfume house that has been producing well-received fragrances since 1925. It was founded in Paris, France, by British fashion designer Edward Molyneux. Molyneux himself retired in 1950. The apparel line has since dwindled and become dormant, but the fragrance line continues to produce outstanding scents. This perfume comes in an elegant splasher bottle and a red marbled outer carton. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.
