Charles Jundt was a New York-based beauty salon owner in 1916. This Manhattan salon was located in the New York City Ritz Hotel (later known as the Ritz-Carlton). Jundt launched his own cosmetics company in 1919 and began selling his products under the exclusive title Charles of the Ritz. He began developing fragrances soon after in 1927. After working with Yves Saint Laurent, the brand was acquired by Revlon in the 1980s. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

I absolutely love this fragrance - got so many compliments!!
I used Charles of The Ritz for many years; then, all of a sudden I couldn't find it. I got no explanation from sales people. I wore it everyday and always received compliments. Several people started using it after learning what it was. It was kind of expensive but worth it to me. I didn't feel dressed unless I had on my Charles of The Ritz

This product was introduced to me through the World of Beauty Club year and years ago. I continued buying it until it was removed. I introduced it to more of my friends and they loved it. WHY was it removed from the stores?

I would STOCK UP on Charles Of The Ritz if it ever came out!
I only care for two Fragrances: Charles Of The Ritz and Channel #5, if not those two I have White Witch from Jamaca. That is it!

People always ask me what scent i was wearing!
It lasted a long time. Not only in the bottle but the scent stayed on a long time. I liked it when people i didn't know would brag about how good i smelled. And Would go out of there way to ask me what fragrance i wore.

THE ABsolute BEST perfume in the world!!!
There has never been anything like Charles of the Ritz fragrances. I tried to buy more and it was just GONE. Why? My husband wanted my to wear it all the time, he ever sprayed our sheets with it. Charles of the Ritz is just perfect. Someone please, please bring it back to the USA. Please!!!

Smells wonderful
My Aunt use to wear this cologne all the time and she gave me several bottles of it as well. I have not been able to find this in a local store and was glad to find it on here. AS far as the fragrance it last forever. My Aunt passed away 4 years ago and I still have some of her things that have that cologne smell to it. It was her signature smell.

I love the fragrance
1.I would use this product on the weekend as an after 5 fragrance. 2.The things that are great about it is it has a lasting fragrance it's very subtle. 3. The only thing thats not so great about it is the price but it's worth every ounce.

Please get this perfume
I used the perfume,the bath oil,and dusting powder. It wasn't loud,but very pleasant,if I left a room and a friend came in,they would ask for me.Because they smelled my essence. I just Love it. Why is it unavailable??

I too wore this fragrance years ago - decided to look for it. I asked an employee of a major department store and was told it would never come back and that I would have to travel to Paris because it was no longer allowed in USA for sale. So much for good memories...

Please bring it back.
I used this fragrance since the 70's. My husband, of 32 years loved it then and is helping me search for the body lotion and perfume now. Nothing works with my body chemistry like this. I also got my neice hooked. We have sinus problems and Charles of the Ritz didn't affect it.

I want it back!
My mother wore Charles of The Ritz perfume when I was a little girl. It would smell so wonderful. As I got older on special occasions she would allow me to wear some. It only took a little and if you would spray onto you clothing the scent would still be there the next time you wore the outfit. If the perfume is brought back, it would have no problems in sales.

Love Charles of The Ritz
I use to wear Charles of The Ritz perfume over thirty years ago. I absolutely loved it and now I can't find it anywhere. I wish they would bring it back, I would definitely wear it again. I also loved the Ritz perfume for summer. It was lighter and clean smelling for the hot months. Such a good product to discontinue . . . please bring it back.

PLEASE BRING THIS AWESOME FRAGRANCE BACK
I first was introduced to this perfume in 1982.I fell totally in love with it and so did everyone that smelled it on me.. i never got compliments with any other fragrance like i did with this one..strangers would come up and say "what are YOU wearing? it smells great!" please please bring it back!!

I discovered Charles of the Ritz in the early 70's I have other favorites, but Charles of the Ritz fragrance is like none other; I was in high school and couldn't get enough of it. The last place I purchased was a J.C. Penny now you can't find it anywhere if you do its so expensive. I have only 1/2 of a container left, which my sister found in her storage and the smell is still strong. Everytime I wear it someone asks me, "what are you wearing"; especially "men" :o) so I use it sparingly trying to make it last. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

The only one I've worn
I have worn this since the late 1970's. It is my signature fragrance. I cannot believe it is available again - but these prices are robbery!! How do we get this perfume made again????

The Ritz by Charles of the Ritz
Oh my goodness! I was so excited to see this listed as a possible fragrance. I have worn this since 1979 and a few years ago could only be purchased at J.C. Penney. Now you can't get it anywhere. Please, please bring this very beautiful small back. Loved it forever.

This product needs made again by a company working to produce original perfumes which do not go out of style. Charles of the Ritz is so unique that the demand is still worthy of this request.

This is one of the best fragrance [...]
I have used charles of the ritz since 1980 and its the only one i will every use. I have never found a smell like this. I was very very surpise to find it on here. [...]when i go out every body and I do mean everybody tells me how great i smell. you smell me before you see me.

Love It
Discontinued from Revlon and very hard to find. You can get it on [...] if you don't mind spending hundreds of dollars. I would suggest trying Raffinee by Dana--it's not an exact match but it's fragrance is the closest to Charles of the Ritz Original that I've been able to find.
