Daim Blond Perfume by Serge Lutens, Created by Serge Lutens in 2004, Daim Blond echoes the sumptuous feel of leather cuddled in smooth softness. Sweet apricot and dainty iris mellow the sensuous scent of suede. Musk resides with enlivening heliotrope that balances the pure animalistic draw with a gentle fingertip caress. Getting down to the heart, the spicy sweetness of cardamom blended with the peaceful note of hawthorne tug at the base with musk that continues to compel until the very end.

Serge Lutens has had a long and varied career. Beginning as a hairstylist, he has also gained a reputation as a photographer and fashion designer. He created his first fragrance in 1982, and he has been legendary in the fragrance industry ever since. Hey, everyone, Nicole here, and today I'll be reviewing Daim Blond by Serge Lutens. This light scent is powdery and musky, and I really, really like it. Leather dominates the scent, alongside a strong apricot note. Other notes include iris, cardamom, musk, heliotrope, hawthorn, and daim, a kind of fallow deer note. I recommend it particularly for fall day wear, and I'm impressed on how long-lasting it is, despite its softness. Well, that's all for today. I hope you enjoyed this review. Heavenly

I love, love, love this fragrance. It is unique in that it doesn't remind me of any other perfume. It's fresh and fruity. This is the perfume that really the most compliments when I've warn it. I say that having used Creed Aventus, CD Sauvage, ADG Produmo, YSL La Nuit de l'Homme, BR 540,, etc. This is my favourite fragrance of all time. It has just become so difficult to find at discounters.

Sophisticated suede

A beautiful fruity leather. Apricot and suede sing together. Not cloying or sweet though. A great introduction to leather based perfumes.
