The bottle and its packaging were designed by Cynthia Hart, contributing editor to Victoria Magazine, and included authentic Victorian era die cuts and fabrics.
Coty was founded in 1904 by Frenchman Joseph Marie François Spoturno. He studied under a pharmacist in Paris to learn the art of perfumery and aimed to revolutionize the industry. Indeed, his keen marketing skills began to make fragrances available to the middle class, while still maintaining the elegant beauty of bottles and scents. The company’s eau de toilettes expanded to other perfumed products and cosmetics, and after a merger with Pfizer pharmaceuticals in the 1960s, it became an almost exclusive brand dominating drugstores around the globe. I buy this product because I use to like it when I was young, did not try it yet, and buy only the bath powder sachet. Not sure if the smell will be as good as when I was young since the skin react differently when we get older.

Oh where, oh where has my L'effleur by Coty Gone??
After so many years not having it on the market, I am still looking for it with fingers crossed. Loved that scent and received so many compliments when wearing it. My boys who at the time were probably 3 and 7 years old, who are now in their 40's still remember it. They too have their eyes searching for this product for their ol' mom. Sure hope they can find it!!!

This perfume is the best ever scent. Please bring it back.
Please with a cherry on top bring Leffleur by Coty back on the market. I absolutely cannot accept that this amazing scent died. It was my favorite perfume from my younger years and brings back a lot of wonderful memories..

Leffleur perfume lasted all day any season was soft. I haven't found a perfume to beat this one in price and awesome scent.

please, please try to get this again!!! I hate the modern overpowering take-your-breath-away-in-an-elevator (LOL) 'fragrances of today. L'Effleur is gentile and adorable - compliments galore and it makes me feel so feminine.

I would use this product anytime... I've had a problem finding it... and would love to wear it again! It's smells wonderful and stands on it's own as a classic southern fragrance:) I hope FragranceX can stock it soon again ....
