Maroc Perfume by Irma Shorell, Maroc is a powerful aromatic scent great for parties or adding some extra pizzazz to your daily ensemble. It opens with fresh tangy notes of aldehydes, coriander, bergamot, geranium, and cardamom. The middle notes have a pale floral scent with deep red rose, ylang-ylang, orris root, and a hint of jasmine, lily of the valley, and gardenia. The deep woody base completes this fragrance with a rich scent of oak moss, sandalwood, vetiver, musk, and a touch of patchouli. It’s ideal for an evening out with its sensual touches of rose and warm earthy tones.

This perfume was originally released in 1987 and has changed hands a few times, too beautiful to lose completely, but not well-known enough to remain on the market. Irma Shorell acquired it after Ultima Ii had to give it up, and it is now marketed under the brand Long Lost Perfume, which masterfully recreates beloved but discontinued perfumes of bygone days. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

An all time favorite

If it smells like the original Maroc, ( ultima II) I would purchase it in a heartbeat . I have a little left from a fragrance not purchase that use sparingly. I hope it returns so I can try it.

Bottom Line

Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

I would by this product, it has the best smell.

I have nothing to say bad about the perfume. It has a great smell to it. When I'm out and about, I get great response from the smell. All the time ask, "what is that you have on? Smell so good, where did you get that from? I love this perfume. I used to work at a place call Revlon Professional Products. Around Christmas we would have a store. That would be the first time I purchased a bottle. All I knew was, they discontinue the perfume. Haven't bought any since 1990.

Are you really selling this scent?

I was excited to be able to purchase my favorite scent, Maroc...at least, I thought I could. I have been on a waiting list for about 18 months, as this scent is not in stock. If you haven't been able to stock it within that period of time, why are you still advertising that you have it for sale?

Maroc

I like it so much I only use it for special occasions as it's so hard to get. I go back to the day when it was called Maroc by Ultima II and made I believe by Revlon. luv it, luv it.

Bottom Line

Yes, I would recommend to a friend.

Not Maroc

As an old time and original Maroc user, I can tell you that this is not the same. Irma Shorell bought the original patent and after a couple of years totally changed the scent. I bought it from them for awhile and then finally had to send my last purchase back for a refund. So sad that a great scent has been changed forever, Don't take my word for it go ahead and try it, maybe you'll like it.

Bottom Line

No, I would not recommend to a friend.
