An under-rated classic fragrance
Eau de Rochas was created by Nicolas Mamounas in the 1970s. Diorella was created in 1972 by the fabulous Edmond Roudnitska. The magic is dry lemon. Coincidence? I think not. There are huge similarities between the two. Eau de Rochas is a bit greener and slightly less complex than Diorella. Diorella has been re-formulated a number of times due to its ingredients being banned by the European Union. But the two fragrances are first cousins, for sure. I love re-discovering old frangrances; sort of like finding a gold watch at a flea market for $20. Such fun!

The "EAU", the best smell.
I know Eau de Rochas since 1979 and I don't think that it is "feminine", I am sure it can be used for men and women. I JUST LOVE THIS SCENT, so fresh, clean and unique. The masculine version of Eau de Rochas is good too, but not like the "feminine". Unfortunately almost impossible to find, but now I have FragranceX, the best online store on the world. Thanks FragranceX.

Very classy perfume!
This is my mother's signature fragrance, and I love it--it reminds me of when she would get all dressed up for events and spray it (she's not a daily perfume wearer). Very hard to find this fragrance in the US, loved it the moment I tried it years ago - a gift from someone just back from Europe. A nice change from florals and men seem to like it, great in warm weather but I wear it all year. It doesn't turn musky or stale, lasts a long time.

I absolutely adore this product as a summertime perfume. Thank you so much for carrying this hard-to-find fragrance. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that it IS so hard to find. It's on the expensive side but still within reach. My best friend cannot stand the smell, and I am at a loss as to why.

I use all the products everyday and my husband loves it :) The real problem is I love to start with the bath gel and then lotion then perfurme. The thing that is not so great is I cant find the bath gel or lotion and that is sad :(

The best summer scent...
Like the reviewer above, I've been hooked on this for a long time - since 1977, I use it as my "warm weather" scent. My winter perfume has been Caleche by Hermes, since 1970....I may sound like a stick-in-the-mud, but no matter how hard I try, I can't find replacements that are better for me.
